The burger was decent, but was hoping to get some sort of combo deal for a little less. I had to buy everything separately.

This was by far the best burger meal I have ever had. The service was lightning fast and the employees were very kind. The smash burger that I got practically melted into my mouth and the bbq sauce was top notch. They had a really good setup with I nice wooden bar and some cool blue seats. Overall my experience was a 10/10! read more

Friendly and convenient, but I couldn't finish the Smash Burger due to it being SO SPICY!! I don't know if it was the burger or the sauce, but it shouldn't have been that spicy. Also, they forgot the lettuce. Might try it again but would ask more questions about why it was so spicy and modify my order. read more

We hired Bear City Social for a New Years Eve / Birthday Party celebration. They were fantastic to work with. From the intial conversations to finalizing details and payment, all smooth and straightforward. The night of the event came and with it heavy rainfall. Bear City was able to work with us to adjust things and pulled off an amazing meal service. Our guests raved about the smashburgers and tacos. The fries were some of the best I have ever had. Not one complaint and everyone that attended is still talking about it. Thank you to Shaun and crew for all you did! Looking forward to the next meal from you! read more

Bear City Social provided post-ride meals this weekend after the SLOBC Lighthouse Century, it was fantastic! The ingredients for the bowls were fresh, hot and delicious. They even had vegan "carnitas." The spiced nuts and super seeds were so good I had to get a little cupful to take with me. The vibe was everything. If you're lucky enough to come across this truck, stop and get some of their food in your belly. read more

We were at the free concert at Tidelands and ordered burgers. I picked up my order and I asked for a bag. The big dude gave me a look like I had just asked for his first born. What a grouch!!!!! The girl was very personable though. The burger was good but McGilla Gorilla brought it down to 3 stars. read more

Bear City Social was AWESOME, and we will hire them again! They were able to prepare and serve 100+ guests a delicious dinner at Four Sisters Ranch in Paso Robles our Bride & Groom's Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner. Meghan and her husband are an excellent team and helped us select a great dinner from one of their many Menu options. The Chef was fantastic and the BEST ever! The buffet was fantastic and the Bear City truck added an extra element of California sophistication for the many out-of-state guests. Every detail was met and FABULOUS! Bear City Social - Smash burger....delicious! - Food Trucks Near Me

We hired Bear City Social for my daughter's wedding on April 6, 2024. The food was delicious and the display was beautiful. We chose the Social Street Foods for the buffet and the Social Picnic for the cocktail hour. We had so many compliments on the food. Sean and Hayley are just great people, to work with them was a pleasure. When we met with them on site a few weeks before the wedding I just knew they were going to do a great job. They take great pride in what they do. We highly recommend Bear City Social. read more

Best burger in the county, hands down. Patty was perfectly grilled and seasoned, bun was moist but didn't fall apart, excellent pickles, sauce on point, decadent and reasonably priced! Looking forward to trying more off the menu. read more

For over a decade, I have been searching for the perfect mobile food truck while organizing company events in San Luis county and Santa Barbara county. We were looking for something unique and fun for an employee appreciation event and Bear City Social was personally recommended by a friend. The exceptional service and genuine warmth of the Bear City Social crew really made our company event special. The food was phenomenal! The smashie sliders were a major hit, we were hearing rave reviews all day from so many people. Hayley and Sean made sure every customer was fed and offered one of everything on the menu, which was so nice instead of just choosing 1 or 2 items. Another reason we chose Bear City Social for our event was their flexibility. Despite our budget constraints, they worked closely with us to curate a menu that not only exceeded expectations but also stayed within our financial parameters. Their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests was truly commendable. Our event would not have been as successful if it weren't for Bear City Social. I highly recommend them for any event, as we will definitely use them again and again in the future! read more
