As the services offered through Groupon seem disingenuous, in order to gain new clients, I will not recommend the location to my family, friends, or coworkers for teeth whitening. PROS: If you require a new dentist, this is an outstanding choice. All members of the staff (all of whom I spoke with) were extremely pleasant, the office was neat and tranquil, electronic check-in was easy and straightforward, there were no long wait times, appointment reminders were sent by SMS, and parking was ample.

But the dentist did an outstanding job. I healed fast too. I was surprised though that he didn't tell me to take an antibiotics afterwards, but no biggie as I hate that anyway. I am due back for another extraction soon. Their prices are a lot cheaper than other dentists too. The only 2 small things that could improve: The place needs a renovation. Every dentist office I've been to looks immaculate and renovated. They are still very strict with Covid rules, even temp checks. Kinda makes no sense as I have to remove my mask anyway once they start doing my dental work. If masks work than give customers the option if they wanna wear one or not. Lots of doctors offices stopped enforcing it at this point.

The hygienist always makes my gums bleed when they clean my teeth and the bright light they shine in my mouth seems to be aimed more at my eyes than my teeth. But now I know that isn't necessary. I've been here twice and didn't lose any blood and didn't get a headache. Terry did a great job cleaning my teeth both times, so I walked out with very clean teeth (she does a great job cleaning and polishing) and no pain (no bleeding gums and she didn't aim the spotlight on my face). I only spent about five minutes each visit with Dr Sharma since I didn't have any dental issues for her to worry about but her chairside (?) manner is great and she seems to always be in a good mood.

Shout out to Katie the receptionist. She was awesome. When I called for an appointment she was super nice. She knew everything about the insurance policies and tries her best to help you. Making an appointment with them was super easy and accommodating. They have great hours if you work 9-5. They have 7 am openings. The dental hygienist was amazing too. She was super knowledgeable and friendly! She was gentle and really cleaned my teeth to make sure the plaque was off. The dentist-Dr. Sharma was amazing too and very knowledgeable. They were both honest with what I needed to get done in order to prevent any further damages to my teeth/gums. They also both took the time to explain to me the process and why it was needed. I feel comfortable going back a few times because of all of the knowledge that they had and told me about my teeth. That usually isn't the case with me.
