As usual I provided pictures; and I received a quote via email; 7 months later the tub is peeling. I called company and asked them to warranty work. They said no. They also stated that they did not strip tub prior to the initial job because I didn't pay for it. IT WAS NOT OFFERED; nowhere on the quote I received was stripping recommended, nor did I the tech call prior to beginning job with any type of recommendation. Tech took it upon himself just to spray the tub over old glaze, and over sprayed the tile. This company is a complete rip off! All the jobs they've done for us over the past months are now beginning to fail. They always have a reason as to not warrant.
