HOA's need a PMC to be the voice of reason, balance the budget, speak to board members from experience and inform them when spending is out of control and dues might double. Provide feedback regarding legal and what if scenarios so that Boards can make logical and informed decisions. The reason I dinged them 2 stars- A ticket was put in, MPC took 12 months to repair the issue, but with the understanding that the previous property management company did nothing at all.The other ding MPC get's -Allowing a dictatorship with out of control spending that caused huge due increases over 2 yrs. instead of being honest with the board they sat there and allowed it.

Parking is a joke, just started you must have a sticker or you will be towed..tenants with sticker have been towed and have to pay $350 and pick up car in milwaukee and office says they will do nothing the sticker was not seen. Units are all made with cheap material that will not last for long. The Ridges will make unit look good for move in, but with in a month things will be falling apart, mice will visit you and your health will be in harm with the mold that will start to appear. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I felt bad for the maintenance men because they were so nice but the management is disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. I am currently disputing my deposit because it is $250 short and I left it cleaner then I even received it. I never missed a payment and always paid on time. My co-worker is still at this location and is still dealing with maintenance issues at his place as well. DO NOT RENT HERE. Moved to Burlington and I'm paying half the price, my heat and water is paid for as well unlike the ridges. My new place came with new carpeting and the staff is amazing.

My wife went to the MFG and was told that they would not sell to the public, only distributors. This was the second place she had been to and given the runaround with, diving all over Milwaukee. I called Burlington Lumber and Chris immediately swung into action. He called them, placed a P.O. so my wife could pick it up on the spot. Now THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When we contact Spectrum, they blame Southwind. When we contact Southwind, they blame Spectrum. Quite honestly none of us care who messed up, we just want it taken care of. Southwind knew this apartment would be completed by July 1st and that us tenants would be moving in. The fact that they charge $1,600+ per month and can't seem to get anything taken of is absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT move here unless you want to get a constant run around and never get anything taken care of.

They took 2 months and as soon as they took the management fee for the month of August, they stopped picking up my calls not waiting to give my keys, not completely paying the rents they received. There is still money in their account that they have not closed. They dont respond to my calls to explain. I went to their office to talk to them and pick up all my extra keys and found out the adress they have on file is not theirs but a hair salons. Gino who has been the main contact told me he doesn't work there anymore. Jim Miller is nowhere to be found. Workers are unprofessional and doesn't follow through a single promise. Stay miles away from these people!
