Teronomy own several very nice apartment complexes in the SE Wisconsin area. They are reasonably priced, nice layout, and have more square footage than most other apartments. I would NOT recommend them, however, because they have no regard for the circumstances of the COVID pandemic, and that is reflected by their total unwillingness to negotiate not charging an early move out due to being permanently laid off from your job, etc. I am very upset they charged me almost $1000 when I had no choice but to move.
