I told him I wanted his insurance company information to file a claim for damages and he said "no, I'll file the claim myself and call you in 3 weeks to get you your money". I am an insurance agent and you would think a business manager would know that you don't file a liability claim on your own behalf! He simply walked away and I have not heard from him.
