Best decision I've made in WEEKS. I got the Green Goddess Bowl, which was ready in about 3 minutes and came with its own reusable or sustainable wooden spork - very eco friendly. The dish itself was a healthy serving of tender greens, topped with well cooked but not over done faro, and perfectly crispy cool sautéed broccoli spears. The tempeh was a bit light for me, but I scorch mine pretty hard when I cook it. Theirs had some good seasoning in it that no matter how hard I try, I've never been able to accomplish. The dressing itself was textured like a bright pesto, but tastes like a punch of green sunshine. Layers of flavor that brought all the other elements together- for someone who has a physique rich in bacon, I'll be asking for a second tin of that dressing next time I stop here!
