This review is for the 1st ST Location in Shelton. My wife and I stopped here on the way to the ocean. I'm so glad we did. The ladies working the stand were so nice and professional. We drove up and were greeted immediately and kindly. My wife ordered the special the "Blended Thin Mint" which does in fact have coffee in it and it's so good I tried it and if I could have dairy I would have loved it to the last drop. I got a cold brew with sugar. And before we left they wanted us to make sure it wasn't too sweet or that it was sweet enough. And I thought it was so great that they asked me that before I left. You can tell they care about their product, customers and brand. If you live here or are just rolling through this a great stop. read more

It's 4:21 on Sunday we are driving back home from vacation need a recharge. We ordered three coffees 24oz cup with four shots over Ice with half and half and Carmel 12 oz iced mocha with almond milk decaf add peppermint 24 oz iced mocha with float of half and half on top. The peppermint was left off and the girl seemed irritated we asked if she would put it in. She was just so rude glade it's not my local stand by my house I love my girls would hate for this to be who makes my coffee daily. read more

Stopped here two mornings in a row while I was working in Elma for a couple of days. They just happened to be right around the corner from my job site. The girl laughed when I ordered a 'boring old non-fat surgar free some sort of flavoring please". Service was quick, drink was good and server was very friendly. read more

Horrible customer service by one girl in particular. I have spent the last year biting my tongue or driving in on the side she isn't working. She argued with me about what I ordered twice last week - this was something I purchase weekly and the only thing I ever order and don't even like the flavor she said I requested. She handed me my card back, didn't ask if I wanted it remade - and then she shut the window. It was all I could do not to park my car and handled it. Everyone else has been pretty polite and friendly. I've had friends and acquaintances know exactly who I'm talking about because it is a very small town. They have had their own experiences there too. I never complain or write reviews ever, but I hope someone reads this. If I owned this store, she would be fired instantly and not be given the chance to change because it is continual bad behavior. I believe this is a personality issue, not a retraining issue or something that requires a friendly reminder about how to treat customers. Bean Bags have lost my business for good now and I'll continue to spread the word about the poor service. I can't believe this is the first time someone has complained, and I honestly think this behavior is being allowed. read more

My boyfriend & I were on our way back to Seattle after spending the day on the peninsula. Stopped here 10 before closing. The barista was an absolute sweetheart. I wasn't going to order a blended drink 10 minutes before closing, but she was like, "no worries, feel free!" So boyfriend & I both got a 16oz big train blended with 2 add shots each. Ooooh my goodness, these were amazing. Thick, creamy & perfect. Being a barista myself, I've seen my fair share of watery blended drinks with 2 add shots, but not these. I just want to say THANK YOU to this amazing barista for such wonderful drinks, especially 10 min before closing!! read more

Worst coffee I have ever had. Including road trip middle of the night gas station coffee. I ordered a black Americana and it came back lightly colored bland hot water. Very very disappointed, disgusting, and a waste of my money. read more

THE best americanos. I get hemp milk lattes here and am so grateful they carry hemp milk. The baristas are wonderful and make great coffee. They may take a little extra time to do it right, and its always worth the wait. Love them! read more

Just got a 24 oz white chocolate mocha and it literally tastes like flavored milk can't taste the coffee at all. Maybe make sure your shots are running at a appropriate time so they taste stronger and less flavor so you can actually taste the coffee?! It is a coffee stand so I'd really like to taste the coffee lol... total disappointment. Also sat there for awhile when two cars on the other side went through and I was still sitting on the other side behind someone. read more

I wanted just a typical white mocha but I got pure chocolate. I even paid for an extra shot and I can't taste any coffee. Perhaps if they cut down on the product they use in their drinks then they can charge less AND maybe the customers could taste the coffee they ordered. read more
