I think probably because it was Back to School time. They had one lady on the register, which made everyone even with a lot of items using the self-scan. This made the line crazy and clog up the front of the store. We went to the back of the store to waste some time and look at the books. When we came back to checkout things were fine. My daughter did think it was really cool they have a Kendra Scott section and a mini Ulta. On my most recent visit I took advantage of order ahead online for pickup, as I wanted to make sure they actually had the items I wanted before driving all the way over here. They did indeed have what I ordered. Upon arrival I was able to park in the designated spaces and take advantage of their curbside pickup option. Service was prompt. What I generally utilize this chain for is seasonal/holiday items. Make sure to watch for sales and coupons (join their free rewards program) as this is what makes prices reasonable. They do tend to have holiday items that are unique to them and cost way less (lights, decor, etc).

Old Navy is conveniently located in the mall just across the street. I was in need of several pair of new pants specifically corduroy pants. Upon entering I walked to the rear of the store to get to the men's department. Back in the right corner was a clearance rack with pants on it. Corduroy pants! Behind that was the changing room. Also they actually had my size in several colors. I found and tried on a black and a gray pair. They fit which was great news! While in the back of the store I spoke to a friendly and helpful employee. He kept track of my pending purchase as I went to the men's bathroom. The sign said you can not take clothes in there. When I was ready to leave the same employee directed me to the moveable checkout counter on a rolling cart near the front of the store. I got 2 pair of pants for less than $12 each. In less than 2 minutes l was walking out to the mall again feeling very satisfied! If you find yourself at the mall at Liberty Center check out this store. Until next time be kind to each other. #oldnavy #yelpcincy
