The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50. Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20. I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee. I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size. I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I return the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake. The person I spoke with told me they would look into it. Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.

We knew it was bad news when we pulled up and two employees were outside ( about 2 feet away from front door ) disgustingly smoking their cigarettes. ( Found out from guy behind counter , heavy set , long dark haired woman by front door smoking is that stores manager.) The store is a total wreck . Looks like nobody even straightens much less run a vaccum or feather duster . Open boxes on floor and under benches. Paper from boxes laying all over. Wife found a pair of USED / shoes being sold as new . I was told by someone who previously worked here ALL RETURNS ARE PUT BACK ON SHELF AND SOLD AS BRAND NEW . Unless they are damaged . That is unacceptable . Nobody ever came over to see if we needed assistance. Wife walked up by the counter and staff was on the cell phones or playing with their watches. No wonder if your manager spends her time outside smoking instead of actually doing what she is paid to do. This was our 5th time in the store . When it first opend it was really a nice store . We were always greeted and an associate would come over and see if we needed any assistance. I like to take my elderly mother to get her own shoes. We had one favorite associate who ALWAYS greeted us and managed to help us out. My mother said she was the nicest lady with the prettiest blue eyes . Sadly for the stores sake she is no longer there. Take some pride in your store if you want to remain in business. The whole disgusting smoking cigarettes just outside the front door is highly unprofessional. To top it off I saw the manager throw it out in the road when she was done . Opened door came right back to behind register and throw a handful of candy in her mouth . No washing of hands / nothing, WOW !!!! Smelled like a walking ash tray as we had bought some socks. I agree with the other review . Do not waste your time and money here . The staff clearly has no care or concern for the store or customer. We did take photos of all of this but will not let me upload for some reason. I do intend to send to corporate so they can see how their store is truly being run. Get some professional management in this place. Clean up .. This post date was not our actual day of visiting the store. Just getting some time to post our terrible review .
