This store is a mess. It's dangerous to shop here. My husband was looking at fishing rods and cut his arm on the metal that holds the price tags. He was bleeding from his wound. It took one hour to get help from this store. Several associates were on hand but refused to help including the Pharmacist. I was told finally to go to Customer Service to get help. I cleaned his wound with several antibacterial pads. Finally after one hour of standing an incident report was filed. Im never shopping at Walmart again. read more

Workers are rude, you're lucky if you get a "hello." Aisles are way too small, shelves are empty, the online ordering that causes the big carts needs to end, not only do those workers not say excuse me or almost run into you, the aisles are way too jammed and small for it! Then you have self checkout which we use every time but you have the workers and security guards watching you like a hawk, as if you're stealing, we've have employees circle us multiple times as we are checking out, the security guard is just standing there staring at you, don't have self checkout if you don't trust your costumers, we spend way too much money here to be q treated so rudely and be looked at like we are criminals. We are repeat costumers because it's the only one in the area which I've heard is why the manager doesn't care about costumer service, zero competition. Corporate needs to come and have secret shoppers go through the store just to see how rude the employees are, not to mention they lie about prices and have tricks up their sleeves. Multiple times now I've went to buy something and it's a different price than what shelf it was on and not the items weren't misplaced or in the wrong area. One time it was a teddy bear in the baby section with a huge price overhead that said $4 the shelf was full of these same bears, go to checkout and it was $7.99. Then you have the 50% seasonal items, where they will hide things that aren't 50% off in there and you go to check out and it's met with "these ones are 25% off." It took the costumer service lady 20-30 mins to give me 50% off 2 Halloween books that had a sign of 50% of Halloween books over it, she proceeded to tell me there was no sign, and they were 25% off, she ended up giving me 50% off the msrp price and not the Walmart price. I didn't notice until I got home of course, super annoying and shady! read more

This is for their pharmacy Doctor with a name Joshua, Bryant. Very arrogant and to me what happne with my medice was a personal issue far from the pharmacy rules and guidelines. On 4/26/24 I reported to this pharmacy to pick my medication, and for the second times on this month, the pharmacy has refused to provide me with my medication, because according to his rules, the Doctor made a mistake on each of them. On today medication, he stated that the doctor don't suppose to prescribe me 4 doses of ear drop. Since when the Pharmacy can override a doctor desicion on the way they can prescribe the medications. Who's the one that examine you? is the doctor or the pharmacy? So if the doctor believe base on the examination, that a person need 4 doses of something a day, can the pharmacy override that? that pharmacy doctor should be fire , because a prescription is something that can play a life or dead situation. I hope walmart coorporation take the proper action against that kind of employee. I know it will be very hard to recongnize when they wrong, but it should be some one that oversee their operation. read more

New but unorganized and poor selection We expected more but it was not there. On vacation and went in expecting the larger variety of goods you would expect from a WalMart. Was not there. For example, needed eyeglass cleaners and in most WalMart's at least two to choose from. Not here with none. Customer Service is not good either. We had picked up a couple of small items and my wife was in line to check out of the 20 items or less line when the manager came over and announce the cashier had to leave and the line was closed. My wife went to another line but immediately after that, someone came over and opened the line. People who were 3 and 4 postiions behind my wife who did not follow instructions were immediately in front of the line and got served without waiting. Walmart Supercenter - the entrance to the store - Grocery Near Me - Lecanto, Florida

This Walmart is by far the best location in all of Citrus County. The store has a great selection of organic fruits and vegetables and Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free options. I frequent this Walmart for items that cost significantly more at Publix or Winn-Dixie. The store itself always seems to be cleaned. Along with most products being placed back where they're stocked. One annoyance is the personal shoppers who have no care for others around them. Walmart Pickup is a great addition to help avoid going into the store as much as possible. read more

What a joke and dump Walmart is now. They don't have any selections on products, the place looks dirty and feels dirty.

These low ratings - I don't get it. Don't want to. I live near this store. It's staffed by local, down to earth Citrus County residents. Ask for directions inside this super store - they give you a detailed answer using aisle markers and reference points. Check out in the self serve lane and just make eye contact with the employee monitoring the stations - they are on you as soon as you need help. Of course you'll see employees restocking the shelves - they sell off rapidly and they keep them resupplied while the store remains open. It's not a 24 hour store since COVID. Look around you, out-of-towners; those are local residents from high school through retirement age. Speak to them and it's as if you're back in a small town talking to your neighbors. Come on! It's a real live local Walmart store. Relax and enjoy a break from your travel. I like it in there. I'm building a lake home AIRBandB nearby. My order did get messed up and I had to come back but it was managed very well by Angel a very nice woman Walmart is lucky to have her. I also liked the fact the masks were history early on as a researcher, I knew virus was a very contagious bad flu ( flu went way down) this was politically instigated and motivated in Rockerfellers Lockstep Program years ago. Walmart handled it very well despite the naysayers. read more

Just moved to town & it's great to have a 24 hour store. I picked up a light bulb for my father in-law past midnight. If it weren't for this Walmart we would've been in the dark until morning. read more

If WALMART wants its customers to wear masks and they have a BIG banner outside the store stating this requirement is mandated by local ordinance, which it IS NOT, this is strictly a WALMART CORPORATE POLICY, then you must require ALL your employees to wear their masks properly. Your banner states all customers must wear their mask over their mouth and nose while your employees have their noses hanging out of their masks. I completely understand how hard it is to work for hours at a time breathing through a moist, hot mask. I feel for your employees BUT if you impose this on customers you need to prepare yourself for the MASK POLICE. We, your patrons will not sit back and let you virtue signal via your corporate policy while your employees don't even adhere to this new, ridiculous requirement. read more

They honestly have some of the worst customer support in the county and not inly that but no one understands how to pick up the phone. Its usually disorganized and looks like they are constantly restocking but I never seem to get the items i am looking for. Seriously Disappointing. Walmart isn't what it used to be read more

We dropped in while on vacation for a few things and ended up spending two hours here. Coming from California, we've never been to a large Walmart. This one is three times larger than the ones we have. The apparel and shoes selection had everything we needed. It was unfortunate that we couldn't carry more in our luggage. Parking is plentiful and the store was clean and uncrowded at 8 in the evening. read more

I had to add a review after reading the crappy ones. They do have two kinds of eyeglass cleaner, obviously the idiot didn't know where to look and didn't ask. No, they do not have a deli. It's a smaller Walmart, so it's not going to have the same selection as a super one. But I get asked if I need help if I stand still for too long. Customer service in this particular store is awful. I scrips called in twice in 3 days that, according to a readout I got from my Doctor's office were recieved & verified but, they insisted that they didn't have them. Thank you for screwing around with my health. Nice to know you care so little for your customers. I've had my scrip transferred to another store. Very disappointed with your level of service. These folks are so afraid that somebody is going to steal something you just about have to knock them off of you. The blonde older lady at the self check out is going to stroke out. She is all over ya, you have to shove her out of the way to check stuff out. I really think she is running people off. It's like having a waitress that keeps checking on you so much so you can't enjoy your meal. I'm trying to check out and get home I'm not interested in your jokes. She tries to talk to you and at the same time she is looking at the screen and your cart. I have even caught her counting things. I think she is probably a wanna be cop or something. The people are rude. Management does not know what they are doing. No deli, automotive, or bakery.They have some tall guy with messed up teeth walking around on his cell phone watching every thing you do. My wife thought she was being stalked He must be security or something. My advice is drive the extra ten miles to the Inverness store. read more

Whenever I call for info, they are quick, efficient, extremely helpful. When I go in to the return they are courteous. Their prices in produce are even better at times than other Walmarts and I do like their gluten free choices. I have absolutely NO complaints about this Walmart. They make it a pleasure to shop there. read more

Excellent store to shop in. Staff is very efficient . I also met the "Stalker" the previous poster referred to. He was very friendly and I had a conversation with him.He is an ex cop and navy veteran. Like the rest of the staff in this store he was personable and helpful. In the the other local stores you can't find any one to acknowledge that you even exist . Since the opening of this store I will never set foot in the Inverness Walmart again. read more
