Again, the order fulfillment took more than a month, and when I returned to obtain the new ones, they had lost my file--and asked whether I was confused about which optometry establishment I had been seen at(!) When sanity had been restored, I was handed my order with a very inadequate apology: "Sorry for the wait.". Nothing more. Why had I continued to deal with them? Because of the large chunk of cash I already had invested!

My appointment this past Tuesday he berated me for not continuing to take it, called me the equivalent of a liar when I told him how he prescribed it, and said he didn't understand why people can't follow simple directions. I spoke with her about the mistreatment my 83 year old mother experienced at one of her stores. She promised me immediate action (the next day) and now has ignored me for 4 days. In my experience she, and the America's Best Customer Service. Team, are liars and could care less about their customers. Leticia, if only you had done what you told me you would do last week instead of lying to me, this could be resolved. Instead, you have turned a difficult situation into an almost impossible situation through your professional lying and misdirection. Congratulations.
