My sales associate informed me that all of their dresses were on average $1,000 or higher. Disclaimer: when I made the apt online I noted my budget was $500, no one ever reached out and informed me this was not appropriate for this store. I was given an incredibly small portion of the "discount" and damaged rack of dresses to try. When I finally found pale blue-green dress that could work (It was $200 and heavily pilled and frayed in the seems). I took a photo and sent it to some friends and my husband. They all said it looked white with blue floral application. I'm the MOG, I can't wear anything remotely white (or photographs white) to this or any wedding. When I told them the feedback and that I couldn't get this dress, they started to pressure me pretty hard. I had my Mom and Aunt with me, they were pressuring to, because they knew that was the last dress that was in budget and could work. I finally had to very firmly say "I can't". I was pretty upset I was being encouraged/pressured to settle on a damaged dress that "could work" (not the feeling I was going for), because it was the last one in my budget. After that, I just got dressed and just left. I left feeling upset, small, and overall embarrassed. Went to David's Bridal right after, had amazing service, tried on so many dresses, and picked one that was half of my $500 budget! Helpful Hint: if someone makes an appt at your store, notates their budget, and if it's not realistic, please notify them. Also, there are no prices online to even gauge what caliber of price and product you have in the store. Even your "Tips" section doesn't elude to $500 being a small budget being it's considered a bridal boutique. "Bridal salons and boutique stores can range from $300-$2,000"-directly from your website. --maybe put a statement the average cost of dresses in your shop (that's not on the damages discount rack).

I needed to find an unusual gift that made a statement. I had almost forgotten how well stocked the shop is and the variety of merchandise. The best part is the phenomenal staff. Jane patiently walked me through the store, listening to my need and helping me find the perfect gift that would not be found all over. Then I was told the owner herself takes the gift to be mailed. Lisa took my gift to three places to find the least expensive way to mail, all of them high. She then notified me of the exorbitant prices to see if I wanted to proceed. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They also do Alive after 5 in Hamilton and other events that are right in the center of the store. Sara is super sweet. Her products are a lot of home decor, gifts for women, clothes, scarves, jewelry etc. always something new when I go! My favorite part are the lamps. If you are ever in the market for a neat lamp, her husband makes them and they are amazing. All kinds of unique pieces turned into lamps. This is my go-to spot if I need a gift for my mom, sister etc or just something for myself :) She also does events with local Hamilton businesses. I wandered into the World of Beads the other day because a sparkle caught my eye. I tend to get…read moredistracted by sparkles and I wandered into one big store full of distractions. My boyfriend said, "I'm going to wait outside". The store is filled to the brim with beads. Beads of every size, every color, and every style. I especially liked the Swarovski crystal beads because they were extra sparkly! I think they put these beads near the window to draw people in and I guess it must have worked! The counter in the middle of the store has all of the hooks and clasps you need to make your own jewelry. They also carry a large amount of twine, wire, and any other type of string you could need. The class schedule is impressive. Lots of techniques for lots of applications. Some are solely dedicated to the Swarovski beads! You can tell…read morebecause the boxes on outside do not have embossing, their card is not included, paint on teeth is misprinted and there is no bar code on the tag. The real Labubu boxes and tag QR code should scan and take you to pop mark site this proves it is legit. Buyer beware of Lafufu for 39.99. Person running this location was very nice though.
