The customer services that I was afforded by the kind lady who attended to me @ the ' Bureau De Change Desk ' on that very occasion can, perhaps, best be described as being ' exemplary ' in nature. For my parting salvo, even though I had been relieved of a certain amount of Pounds (sterling) for the services that I had requested, more importantly however, I exited the premises with a great feeling of satisfaction. I went there today (4th December) to get some stacks and was greeted by a very helpful and cheerful lady called Esther. She was able to assist me with questions to see if I could save time on queuing. She helped explain the self service areas where she showed me what to do to buy stamps. She was knowledgeable, very pleasant and such a breath of fresh air with her cheerful and care for the customer.
