This company has cancelled my class 3 times the day before the booking. I have emailed them around…read more5 times asking them to refund me the money they promised me for cancelling the class in July. It's now December and I still have not seen any of this money. Whenever I email them, I simply get an automated response apologising for not being able to respond to me due to their skeleton staff. I'm really very disappointed.

Once again I the day before I was emailed a cancellation due to yet another SECURITY BREACH I'm outraged I email requesting a refund, however am persuaded to rebook I rebook for mid AUGUST and surprise surprise the day before another email this time stating there weren't enough people booked onto the course HOWEVER the day after I get an email apologising for the cancellation due to a SECURITY BREACH I have now emailed twice adamantly requesting a refund and have merely had automatic responses stating they only have skeleton staff that week so they'll get back to me as soon as they can. The customer service is disgusting I don't even believe this is a legitimate organisation and feel they are scammers trying to steal people's money by making it such a tedious battle to get a refund that people give up. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Led by college principal Dr John Guy, who is an extremely dedicated and passionate individual that is a credit to the insitution. The college itself has a number of buildings, most of them very modern, light and spacious and they are currently building a new multi storey building to house Art and Science subjects. There are several computer suites at the college, including the Dell suite and library which contains a large number of dell computers. The staff are all highly trained and passionate, giving the highest quality of A level education to students. This is reflected in their extremely high results at AS and A2. There are a number of cafés and eating areas at the college, including Café Direct which focuses on selling fair trade products, Time Out which sells hot main meals at lunch times, and Shades which is on the other side of the campus and serves a range of pasta and noodle dishes, and sandwiches. The students here are encouraged to flourish both independently within their studies and socially within the many clubs, sports and societies available. This really is a sixth form college with a university feel.

From my experience I have seen that they squandered all their funds on recruiting more students that they cannot accommodate for. Their staff are rude and their food doesn't account for vegans or those with nutritional complications like lactose intolerance on top of being overpriced The 'shop' that only stocks unhealthy, snack type foods is constantly out of stock or selling out of date food. They are severely understaffed which affects the quality of students education.

I cannot really comment on much more than it is set in beautiful surroundings, lots of grass and horses on display. They have a sports centre on site with a basic gym. They have a couple of football pitches along with a couple of rugby pitches. Beyond that I can't say to much but to repeat it is set in some very idyllic countryside.

I fall into the latter category. The historian, Prof Ruth Richardson makes a compelling case that Charles Dickens, who lived 100 yards away (No.22) in the same street, describes this workhouse in Oliver Twist. Whatever the case, it was once a workhouse where the work was carpet beating. The men, women & children - even from the same family -were split up, stripped of all posessions &, with only one bowl of gruel (watery porridge) to eat a day made to work till most died. The luckier ones were conscripted by Florence Nightingale to work for her in the Middlesex Hospital opposite. One of my pictures here shows the exercise yard under which was recently found, a burial ground with bones going 20 feet deep. Unfortunately, you can only see it from the outside at the moment. for security reasons. With your back to the entrance notice the building opposite with balconies : No 47 was the Studio of the Pre-Raphaelites Rossetti & Holman Hunt in 1849
