The gal said, oh A**** does a good job, just a mistake. She completely blew it off. I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and wonder how much I was overcharged and didn't notice. Make sure you keep track of what they ring up. If one of their "good" employees doesn't know the difference between a perennial and an herb, what are the others charging you for?

I recently went in to pick up an item I saw on line that they carried. What a difference. The cashier greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and a man asked if I needed any help. This has never happened to me before and I've lived here 10 years. While the man was going way out of his way to find what I showed him I found on line. I quietly asked him if the store was under new management. He answered, "yes, me." I left with exactly what I needed and feeling like customer service is still practiced, at least at the Marstons Mills Aubuchon Hardware store.
