They were on the scene within a few days of our offer being accepted on a home built in 1815. We were a little nervous and did not know what to expect. Tom's experience, know-how and ability to communicate and educate left us with a confident feeling that we were doing the right thing. He was extremely thorough and seemed like he had seen everything before, whether as an inspector or a builder himself.
