Then on top of it all, the inspector report shows issues with windows and there are pics to show the damage. Which I have no issues with! Now my roof is 11 years old and they are saying I need a new roof year there are no pics to show any damage. If ur a seller my advice is beware and put cameras in ur house to watch how much they disrespect it.
