Honestly I don't know what they were trying to do and then they claimed it was "like that when they arrived"), and they left my back porch door WIDE OPEN when they left. There was more -- It was like a joke. Then I tried to get a refund, but when I told Jorge I had paid through a Yelp voucher he said he "couldn't help me" and that the additional cost for appliance cleaning was non-refundable (on these they also did a lackluster job, and then the shelving for the oven was put back in in a way that was so lazy and obviously wrong that it was silly). I won't be using Dmaidspro or recommending them to anybody.

In getting ready to have family in town for our wedding, we just didn't have the time to make our apartment look presentable. Luckily, I found Jorge and his team on Yelp. We made a list of things we wanted to make sure got cleaned and Jorge and his team saw to it -- and more. We've never had a cleaner bathroom or kitchen, something that makes it clear that we will be repeat customers. Jorge and the team were prompt (arriving right on time for our appointment) and they were done when they said they would be, too. Can't say enough good things about Dmaidspro. We were super impressed!

We ultimately chose Spotless Cleaning by Lucy and it was the best decision ever! This was the first time we'd ever used cleaning services, so I called a variety of places to ask questions and get quotes. Lucy was the most responsive and genuine one. She was the only one to say that she felt more comfortable giving a quote only after seeing the space. That made 100% sense to me. When we met up with Lucy, she was punctual and so respectful of our new space. We felt really comfortable letting her in and checking everything out. She pointed out places I hadn't even considered cleaning. She gave realistic expectations as to what could be done and what may not end up perfect (nature of living in a very old apartment!) Lucy and her team LITERALLY made our apartment spotless. I couldn't believe it. The grime off the fridge handles gone. It looked like a different fridge. The air conditioner that probably hadn't been cleaned in years -- just check out the pics. Floors were clean, walls and ceilings clear, and even the bathtub and wall tiles that didn't look promising looked so much better. The inside of every cabinet was dust-free! They even cleaned things they didn't have to, it was just that extra touch that shows how thoughtful they are. My favorite things to see clean were the ceiling light fixtures. I thought I'd just have to get used to the dirt on the insides because we weren't sure how to remove them for cleaning. Lucy and her team knew how to do it and do it right! Everything was meticulously attended to and we couldn't be happier. We thank you and your team so much, Lucy!

I specifically asked that the tops of the cabinet doors be cleaned and was assured that essentially everything that could be cleaned would be cleaned. After the first cleaning, I found grease on cabinet surfaces, dirty floors, and several other missed areas. The company scheduled a re-clean, acknowledging that this was unusual and that the cleaner was "having a bad day." I again pointed out the missed areas, including the tops of the cabinet doors, but the second cleaner arrived without a ladder or step stool and asked if I had one to borrow. Even after the re-clean, many of the same areas remained dirty. The company ultimately issued a full refund, which I appreciate. However, I still spent hours cleaning the apartment myself to the standard I expected from a professional cleaning service using nothing more than basic cleaning supplies that I purchased at Home Depot. I was able to clean every area I had identified as needing additional attention without specialized products or equipment. Given the company's consistently positive reviews, I was honestly in disbelief that this was my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Fenway Cleaning Services for a move-in deep clean.
