He'll talk yer ear off (not necessarily a bad thing as it keeps things going and the opposite would be worse). Been there 4 or 5 times and all visits were well done and useful for me. I have no reason not to return.

The repeated cancellations, however, were not so great. For every massage I had, there was an equal number of cancellations, often last minute. To rebook would be another 3 weeks, so I underwent large gaps in having service. They would offer me the replacement of another therapist, however that therapist was a male, and like many women, I am not comfortable with male masseuses. Another issue I had with the service was that the clock in the therapy room was off by five minutes, which I believe was a tactic to reduce the massaging time (I fixed it on one occasion, and the next time it was off again). I understand an hour massage is often 50 minutes, however this took off another 5 minutes, which was frustrating.

For example, there were times I had to lift my left leg with my arms just to get into a car. I am happy to say that, for the last three months, I've been completely pain free! I don't know if it was the chiropractic treatment, the excellent (and sometimes excruciating) massages or the stretching techniques advised by Dr. Rae . Maybe it was a combination of all three? Regardless, the pain is gone and I am thankful. Now I can work out, ride my motorcycle, work in the yard, climb stairs and enjoy life without nagging pain in my left hip and leg. The initial evaluation was very thorough and had taken x-rays as well, which my primary doctor has not offered to do. What I learned was my neck ended up being in worse shape than my hips. I believe that preventative measures is crucial at my age, and I started on a 12 week program with them. The treatment doesn't just stop at the adjustments, there were exercises and at home care that I was able to put into my program. This will be a lifetime of help. About 4 weeks in, i noticed that my headaches i was having almost daily and taking ibuprofen for went about 90% away! I work in the tech industry and just thought looking at computers was causing my headaches. I've been able to do more walking and running, my nerves aren't acting up, as well as I am sleeping better and not having to take meds.
