The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made the process as efficient as possible. Very simple, I just told the staff what electronics I had to recycle and they came to my car and carried it away for me. I was in and out in about 2 minutes! read more

Fantastic place with very friendly people. From the parking lot to the building It's clean well organized, and easy to get in and out of.

I've been bringing my recyclables, including glass bottles, aluminum cans, and plastic bottles, to Beachside Recycling in Huntington Beach for years. I hadn't written a review till now, nevertheless the experience has always been smooth, reliable, and positive. The site is well-maintained with clearly labeled bins that make sorting simple, and there's convenient parking nearby. The staff is consistently efficient and friendly, even during busy times. While many people focus on the CRV (California Redemption Value) returns, I've found that Beachside also offers fair compensation for other recyclable materials, making it worthwhile even beyond the standard refunds. It's a smart way to put value back in your pocket, support sustainability, and contribute to industries that rely on recycled inputs. This center makes doing the right thing for the environment easy, rewarding, and hassle-free. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to recycle responsibly while getting a fair return read more

My go-to place for recycling here in HB. The process is so easy. You park and get their baskets to sort your items. They get you through quickly if you come during the week. They have various items you can recycle like cardboard and electronics, not just the regular plastic and aluminum. One section is to turn in your recyclables and the next area is to turn your receipt to get cashed out. Their prices are clear and the cashier is able to cash you out quickly. read more

Conveniently located down the road from my house. Always fast service. Even after all of the holiday parties I was in an out writhing 15 min. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this recycling center was. It was extremely easy to park, lots of bins to separate cans/bottles etc. and I feel like I got a good value for what I brought in. I will be coming back in the future. read more

Quick and easy location to get your recycling done. Friendly and helpful staff too! Highly recommend this location for your recycling needs.

Easy self service with helpful staff. Always been good with my 6 and 4 year olds. Great location near the beach.

It's my first time here. It had a good reputation, it appeared it was organized, and it had proper parking. My usual place to go is good, but they're set up for someone coming in with at most two bags. At the insane California fuel prices, I'll take a big load less often. Once a year at most. Anywho, I prepared for any funny business by weighing our load at home. It's not perfect, but we got about 78lbs of plastic bottles in the car. Their measured weight was a bit over 78lbs. With 9lbs of glass, we got $100 plus some change back from the State. Take a pass on every other location in HB. 1) Easy to get there. 2) Plenty of *organized* parking. 3) Their containers are stored right next to the parking spaces, and some containers have wheels! 4) No funny business. 5) Nice folks, they get you in and out quickly. Just remember to close the windows on your car. The bees and wasps really like all the alcohol and sugar water left in the area. read more

It may be a drive & you may think you're going the wrong direction but once you're there, you know the routine. Keep all labels on the bottles, just incase. read more

Very quick and easy process to drop off eWaste. They provided a bin, I tossed everything in and was on my way.

Googled and found this recycling place - not too far from our house - thankfully it was empty and everyone was very helpful - we were done very quick, felt that we got a decent amount back compared to other recycling places and added to our vacation fund lol! Will definitely come back here again. read more

Very disappointed, I arrived at 3:54 PM and there was a man at the gate holding it half open. he told me sorry we're closed. I said but it's not 4 o'clock yet I only have a couple of bags and all of my stuff is pre-sorted he said nope sorry. as I looked in there were people still separating their recycling that would've taken 15 minutes longer than I was gonna be in and out of there very bad customer service read more

I'm so glad I found this place. A little farther but worth it. Friendly service and quick.

Very fast and efficient service. Really like the fact that they recycle large cardboard boxes too.

You go to recycle they don't recycle some items and you then have to take them as they put it on the floor for you to put into a garbage You don't recycle here they're terrible. Best part they will charge you for disposing of the trash..... DO NOT GO HERE read more
