Best kind of place you could go!…read more First, I sent a message for a quote on an iPhone 13 Pro Max white screen fix for my husband and was texted back within five minutes that he needed more info and to come into the shop for a consultation. Very timely response which I appreciated cause my husband not having a phone has been a really annoying experience! When my husband did go in he talked it over with him about the cost which was very reasonable all things considered. He let him know it was a temporary fix and we'd most likely gotten the most life we could out of the phone he didn't push the repair even though it cost him business. Suggested it was probably better to get a new phone instead of doing the fix cause who knew how long it would last. I have been through more than anyone should ever have had to suffer through since Hurricane Micheal. So many have gotten away with so much. This company is heads above all others. Definatly qualified to accomplish your goals. Excellent business example and customer service for this area to be proud of compared to all others of most any trade. Had I been able to get online WELL and effectively since Hurricane Michael as Troy/Omni Digital Computers has, sooooo much pain and financial loss could have been avoided. They were both excellent in working with me, I live with horrible C-PTSD & suffered to minor strokes, going through a horrible divorce, from GC's to homeowners insurance, to my medical care and poor automobile that needed to be reported, was all trashed and could have been avoided had I been able to see into a screen and find this company first. Outstanding in their trade. Outstanding human beings and outstanding business to have in our community. I wish more would care to be as through and considerate. Yes, also very familiar with Apple or Windows products. This is a test for me, and I know he will call again to check on me, and there is more to do. I have a lot to get back, a lot I will never get back from Hurricane Micheal and those who mistreated me so badly. Omni Digital Computers has finally given me that chance.
