I normally pay around that amount for a full wash, blowout, and styling, so this felt extremely overpriced and disappointing. It's unfortunate, because I work in the area and might have become a regular customer, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

This really pissed me off because in the middle of my appointment, I even heard an assistant ask in Mandarin "is she getting a haircut?" and the stylist shook his head. I was really unhappy with my hair that I went to get a hair treatment (for the dry, damaged hair) and toner at a different salon a week later. That stylist even asked "who did your hair?"
