I purchased a bath suit and asked if I could return it if it did not work. I was buying it for someone else. I was told yes as long as I had my receipt. I did not see any signs stating no returns on bathing suits besides I asked and was told I could. I called because I noticed that on the receipt it gave you 7 days for return and it was the 7th day and I live about 30 minutes away. I was told there were no returns on bathing suits and they were final. I asked to speak to a manger and was told he was not there but would be there later around 6 PM. I left my name and phone # for the manager to call me and he never did. I grew up on the island and I live in Manatee county, I also own properties in Holmes Beach that I rent out. I will make sure that none of my renters visits this store due to the way they conduct there business. They lie and do not have the courtesy to return a call to a unhappy customer. I have three children and grandchildren and I know the store owners on the island as well and I will make sure they all know how poorly this location is ran. I also saw all the negative post on there site as well about the customer service and rudeness and being lied to. I would never recommend this store to anyone, stay away they do lie and are not customer friendly. read more
