Beautiful Views, But Lacks Value
Go for the sunset and a drink, but skip the dinner entrees. The views are stunning. However, the prices do not match the plate quality or service.
The Food:
The fried cauliflower is wonderful and worth a try. Sadly, the main courses fall short. Not that they are bad, but average. Charging $42 for Mahi feels steep when other island spots serve the same dish for $10 less. A plate of fish and two sides should stay between $25 and $30. Understanding it's a destination and island.
Basic items were also missing that are on the menu. They had no broccoli, green beans, or lemonade. Since we arrived early, it was odd to find these items unavailable.
The Service:
The experience was a mixed bag. The man who brought our plates was kind and smiling. He provided great service. Our waitress was nice, but we sat for ninety minutes with only one check-in. Our drinks stayed empty for most of the meal.
The Verdict:
You pay for the scenery here. If you want a waterfront meal with better value and service, there are other places. Visit this spot for a quick appetizer, view and drink then head elsewhere for your main course. read more
