He drove unsafely and was unprofessional because he was angry about us having a dog. Yellow Cab has trained their drivers on dog policy and we've never had an issue. Alan, our driver, called to confirm the night before and actually showed up outside our home 10 minutes early. He was most friendly and helpful, especially nice considering the time of day! The luxury sedan we had for our ride was comfortable, clean and spacious. The trip from Boca wasn't long, and we made it to the airport very much on time and feeling quite relaxed. The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business - he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood.
