My female family members got manicures while the rest of us had pedicures, and it was an excellent experience all around. I have only had a pedicure a few times, but this was by far the best. It lasted over an hour and was unbelievably peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, the music and TV added to the relaxing environment, the massage chairs were great, and drinks were offered as well. We tried this place for the first time for pedicures. Luckily there was no wait and we tried their #3 deluxe pedicure that comes with paraffin wax, nice scrub, mud mask, and all the good stuff. I loved it. The place is huge from the inside and very nice and clean. Great location too because you can walk to the beach from this plaza. My nail tech did a great job, and I will return to try their manicures as well. Also, my nail tech refused to accept tip, which was so nice of him. I've never been to a nail place where the technician didn't want tips. I thought that was special about this place. It's very close to the Panama City beach so you should check it out! Hate saying bad things about a business but they overcharge, aren't gentle, and did a pretty sloppy job with the gel polish (check out the first pic posted of my ring finger.) My lady kept filing over a cut she had made (even though it was already bleeding) and worst of all, kept burning my fingers as she was trying to shorten the length- each fingers length ended up being uneven. She then stated she would give me a discount for being a local. The total was $50 for a fill that looked pretty bad. These pics were taken a week after my appointment, the cuts were deep and took 2 weeks to heal. Their favorite line is "gel will cost you extra $20, it's better." This charge is for pedicures and acrylic. You could buy multiple bottles of gel polish for the $20 extra they charge. I unfortunately won't be going back. read more

My wife called on Sunday and got 2 same day pedicure appointments. The lady that greeted us (Ms. Kim, I think) was drop dead gorgeous and seemed just as beautiful on the inside....very warm and friendly. We waited about 2 mins., then a very nice man and woman (I'm sorry, I don't remember their names) proceeded to give us one of the best pedicures we've ever had. Do not get your nails done here. Worst service and they did a horrible job. I got a pedicure and dip manicure and would not recommend either to anybody. I told the nail tech i wanted square and got messed up and uneven circles. There was also so much residue from the dip left on my nail that he refused to clean up and said "it will come off throughout the day". Just moved to Florida from San Diego and was in search for my go to nail salon. Chose this place based on location and somewhat decent ratings. Positives: - They place the plastic covers on the foot spas. - My manicurist listened to me (after I asked her to fix the shape of my French tip and nails and it didn't seem like she complained) Negatives: - My manicurist didn't ask me what shape or how much I wanted my nails shortened (maybe I'm spoiled in San Diego?) - When I went to pay, I showed them the 10% discount from yelp and they told me it was old? Businesses with integrity would honor advertised pricing. I felt like this was a shady way for them to get business. - ** my gel manicure lasted one week as if it were regular polish! It usually lasts 3 weeks** - They remove gel polish with the nail drill and do minimal soaking in acetone and now my nails are weak and breaking on top of the lack of polish and I feel like a boy. So I agree with other reviewers, save your time, money, nails and peace of mind. read more

Came in for a pedicure on a weekday, no appointment, and they were able to take me immediately. I love my pedicure, it's absolutely perfect and the nail tech really knew what she was doing. She didn't talk at all and to some that may come off as unfriendly if you want to talk to your nail tech, but I personally preferred this and was able to catch up on emails. The pricing was great. I got gel polish so that increased the pedicure price, but the nail tech let me know up front so there weren't any surprises. The salon was clean, and I would absolutely love to go back. read more

Nobody cares if you have an appointment or they'd tell you to sit and wait for 20 mins and it turns out to be a 50 min wait. Need your cuticles removed? Manicure doesn't include that- that's be anywhere from $5-$12 extra depends on their mood I suppose. And the job done was a "beginner" style. Good luck! read more

I haven't even left this place and I already have to leave an AMAZING review. This place is awesome!!!! I came here with my mom, who was visiting from out of town. I am local but I hadn't found a nail salon yet. We are SO pleased because these ladies went above and beyond for us. My mom has always had trouble with dry feet and has extra dead skin. The owner of the salon did her pedi and did some EXTRA exfoliation for her. My mom says this is the best shape her feet have ever been in! Not to mention, the massage chairs are amazing. I was glad we had to wait a few minutes for our technicians because we got to take full advantage of the massage chairs! The facility is nice and clean. I got a ombré acrylic manicure and pedicure from EMILY. She was amazing. Didn't have time to get my nails done before coming to the beach. I live in Atlanta and am picky with my nails but she did an incredible job. I even messed up my toes right after walking out and she said if I messed them up again to come right back in and she'll fix them again haha. Highly recommend asking for her. Only negative was that although thorough, I­t­ did cause I­t­ go take a while. So allow some time, but def worth it. Facility was very clean. I was there on a slow afternoon, and one employee was deep cleaning the chairs and pedicure bowls. There wasn't a single square inch not cleaned thoroughly. I needed to go get my nails done before a wedding i had in Panama and i just got regular white acrylic nails that's it. It turned out to be 60$!!!! which i was ok with in the moment because i thought they looked nice and the girl was nice. i usually only pay 45 back at home. But it's currently only been 1 week and three nails have already broke for no reason. I'm very upset that they are breaking after only a week when i paid 60!!! very sad read more

Apparantly the mask mandate is optional here in PCB. The senior staff (man and woman) do not wear masks but the rest of the staff do. I called to make an appt and make sure masks were required, which they said they were, but two customers were not wearing them along with the two staff members. If they cannot enforce these safety measures, who knows what they are doing to clean between customers. They also still use the same pumice on each client. Pedicure was rough and he did not even offer to clip my long toe nails. There is nail polish all around my nails, sloppy job. This is a tourist trap place. I wont be returning. read more
