Inside the cafe is a gift shop filled with art, apparel, and fun local items like shirts and sweatshirts, which was fun to browse. You place your coffee order at a little window outside, at least during the fall when we visited; I am honestly not sure how it works in the winter months. When we arrived, there was a decent line of people waiting, which we took as a good sign. Clearly, this spot is popular. I had a hard time deciding what to order because everything sounded good, but I ended up choosing the Harvest Moon Latte ($6.25). It had a good mix of brown sugar and spice flavor, and I did enjoy it overall, but the espresso was slightly more bitter than I typically prefer, and the drink was not very sweet despite the brown sugar flavor. Ultimately, I am glad I ordered it hot because the whipped cream on top melted into the drink and added a bit of sweetness, which helped balance the flavor. The staff did an excellent job handling the crowd and keeping things moving smoothly, even with a lot of people waiting for drinks. Since we had a large group, we were lucky enough to grab seats at the long outdoor table with swing seats, which was such a fun and unique feature. The outdoor seating area, in general, is cool and adds to the laid-back, artsy vibe of the cafe. Overall, Woosah is a great stop for coffee with a fun atmosphere and unique setup. It is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

I understand that you have the right to your policies, but I also have the option to spend my money elsewhere. I still like your store, but given when I have a free minute I walk my dog, it looks like our paths won't meet up. I'm so sorry that your experience was so negative that it drove you to implement this policy, but it seems unfortunate given the number of local and visiting dog owners. I truly don't like the direction the town is heading.

The owner exemplifies everything I love about this village. He's witty, sassy, creative and kind. Yes. This is not a 5 minute and done operation. But what you leave with is not just a t-shirt or a sweatshirt but a little work of art made for you while you wait. His pricing is also less than anywhere else we saw. I loved talking to him and watching him work. When we come back here next year for our 1 year anniversary- we're coming back here.

My wife was looking at a specific t-shirt and the owner asked if she would like to try it on. It turned out to not be a good fit so she tried the next size. The owner made a comment that there was a maximum of two "try ons" and we thought he was joking. We were the only ones in the store. When she found a different style shirt and wanted to try it on, he wouldn't let her. He said, "at these prices I'm not here to be your concierge." I would maybe understand if it was a busy day during the summer but it was a Tue AM at the end of Sept and we were the only two people in the store. He was far more concerned with how the shirts were placed on the hanger than making a sale. And that's where they'll stay - on the hanger. It was extremely disappointing because he is a talented artist. He just has no aptitude for customer service.

Instead of just having a "man chair" for husbands and boyfriends waiting while their partners try on clothing, R & P has a full oasis out back with a beautiful garden and a lovely little pond. It's a nice compromise since I spend a ton of time checking out every little nook and cranny of both floors of these partnered stores. They've remodeled a bit so be sure to check out the changes upstairs (they had an awesome selection of clearance clothing up there for 50% off on my most recent visit). Sure wish that pink Ryu jacket with the petals on the lapel had been my size! Such a great place for gifts of all kinds from books to jewelry, cards and stationery to pampering bath items.
