I couldn't decide between two cute dresses on my recent visit, but since one of them was very fairly priced and the other one was in the half-off room in the back, I got to get both. La!

This was the first clothing store I have been to in the past 4 months due to Covid 19, so I wore my mask and entered, because I can really use some new summer clothes. The employee (manager? owner?) was maskless in the midst of the pandemic. If Blu Veranda can't take the necessary precautions to protect their customers, they don't need my business. There are plenty of other great women's clothing stores in the area that require masks.

Lake Life is located downtown SJ, right next to the "I heart Saint Joe" store, blending in so well…read morethat it almost looks like one giant store.  But no, Lake Life is the quaint store next door with cute tourist knick-knacks along with cute items made by "Spirit Of Nature" who makes items inspired by nature.  I don't know who makes the stuff but it is soooo cute.  Necklaces, bracelets, earrings and also some really cool beaded dream-catchers. As someone who considers themselves a hippie and a lover of all things nature, this store is perfect for me.  I will be coming here almost everytime I come to the downtown area of Saint Joseph.  Definitely my favorite place to buy jewelry downtown.

I now have to repay Medicare that amount of money because of beautifully unique in aptitude. . Now I am being ghosted. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these people ever again. I trusted them. That was my mistake obviously. They have not come back to me telling me how they intend to rectify this. Can you tell I'm upset? I was told that they would be done by the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. I called several times in December of 2023 and then in early January 2024 to get an update, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone, I was told that they did not see my order and had to talk with the owner, and I would get a call back. After months of continuous phone calls, I learned that my order was never placed. My insurance changed at the beginning of 2024 and now Beautifully Unique is out of network. I am now being told that because my new insurance is out of network, I will now be responsible for payment (which is the equivalent of thousands of dollars), and they can no longer help me. This is very frustrating because it is now August of 2024, and I have been getting the runaround for almost 9mo. Her poor business management is going to cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours of making phone calls and time now driving to a different city to find services. The owner of this business will NEVER know how much her careless neglect to do her job has costed me. Given what I have gone through since walking into their office back in October of 2023, I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. It wasn't enough of a traumatic event to have both of my breasts removed to prevent cancer but to then be treated with such disrespect and callous deception by the only place within 60 miles that does what she does....Shame on her!!

My wife and I were not greeted by any of the 3 employees working in the small store. They don't look at us, have a smile on their face, or look like they were there for helping out customers. We then overheard the staff talking bad about a customer they had "dealt with" earlier and one of them even said "like see ya later" about the customer. Well that's exactly what we did. Left immediately and will never give that store a dime. Good luck with sales here. The 3 working today would be better off not engaging with the public.
