Three courses, coffee, juice - Served at reasonable hours - Eat inside or outside, depending on the weather! Location: - Sharon's spot is a 4-6 minute drive to anywhere you'd like to go in town - A quick walk to the state forest (entry is free unless you're camping) - Start of Cape Cod so there's less traffic in and out, while it's very easy to drive to other towns! A very large and nice room; clean and plenty of room. Sadly, the restaurant was not open, as they were doing renovations and the Town had issues with the kitchen rebuild. This year ('25) we stayed on the new side, a perfect room. Warm and very clean. Modern. Plenty of room to unpack and sit and relax. This year we went to the restaurant which is a big local draw; strongly recommend making a reservation. Nice and clean, big, and looks like it had been renovated too. Typical New England fare for the Blue Hair Crowd. Prices were very reasonable. Great staff too! Both times we've walked down the road, about two blocks and got a cafe au lait and came back to sit by the fireplace. They've a very nice gift store too. Great staff and very hospitable. Plenty of off street parking. Walking distance to a few stores.

Very cozy and right on Buttermilk Bay. Not a snazzy resort but not one of those crappy motels you see up and down 28 on the Cape either. More of a B&B atmosphere. If you are seeing the canal, Onset or the Maritime Academy this is a nice spot to stay. Rent kayaks to tour the bay and Onset and as an added bonus, the Beachmoor is 1/2 a mile away and Capt. Als Tiki Bar is next door!

The setting and décor itself is quite lovely. Jan goes out of her way to make people comfortable if they have any special requests. The rooms are clean and the price was reasonable for the long weekend. Jan was willing to accommodate my food allergies. I would have gone out to eat but Jan was such a sweetheart about it. The rooms are clean with maid service on a daily basis, our room shared an outdoor porch on the second floor. Breakfast is served 8:30am-9:30am. Jan is a great cook and Charlie services the food. I noticed he was very friendly to the other customers and talked a lot about the history of the house and the local area. I you are going to Sandwich this is a good choice. Across from the Sandwich Glass Museum and down the street from a few nice restaurants. The area is quiet and closes early. There is no pizza delivery at 9pm.

Our room was spotless and really had a summer beachy feel with a beautiful balcony. Every morning we woke up to a delicious breakfast cooked and served by Jan and Charlie. Breakfast included a Greek yogurt parfait with fresh fruit and granola as well as a delicious baked egg sandwich one morning and French toast another morning. In the evening there was a variety of wines to choose from and freshly baked cookies as well as coffee and tea throughout the day.
