I asked if there were any specials or sales, as they usually do for shirts at times, but unfortunately they did not have one at that time. With what I wanted in hand I made it to the registers to pay. Employees behind the registers were polite and pleasant and helpful. I kept them (with no receipt) to take them back. Well, every time we would head to Disney, I would forget to take them with me. On our last trip to Disney last week, I finally remember to bring them along. We came into the store with them to find out they no longer make that particular kind. Bummer. One of the employees, Sydney, noticed me using sign language to speak to my husband and he was interpreting for me. She immediately came over, introduced herself in sign language, and began assisting me. She is quite fluent in ASL and I was very impressed! It was SO amazing to not have to use my husband as an interpreter for a change! She is also a complete sweetheart and went above and beyond! Sydney told me I could exchange the flip flops for anything else in the store and either pay the difference or get money back if the item was less. Again, I had no receipt and it had been two years since I purchased these flip flops. I wear a lot of ball caps in the summertime to keep the sun off my face. Living in Florida and being allergic to the sun is no beuno! Sydney noticed my ball cap and asked if I'd be interested in one... yes, please! I found a gorgeous coral pink UA ball cap for about the same price as the flip flops. We had to pay a whopping $.53 cent difference! As we were checking out, I signed to my husband that my mouth was extremely dry and I needed to get a drink quickly. Since Sydney knows ASL, she caught what I said and she immediately asked another employee to go in the back and grab me a bottle of water. I'm telling you... above and beyond!! My hubby wears A LOT of UA clothing, Most of it we purchase from Dick's here in Jacksonville since we don't have an UA store. In the future, we'll be purchasing all his UA from this store at Disney Springs! Not only do they have a HUGE selection, but you just can't beat the customer service here.
