The interior is immaculate: beautiful modern decor that isn't flashy, nor does it detract from the architecture of the building. Excellent service: Leo is an attentive and friendly host who goes to great lengths to look after the comfort of his guests. Good food: Breakfast is generous and hearty Whenever friends come to town, I recommend that they stay here rather than with me. I've got the room, but they'll be more comfortable and better looked after!

It's clean &…read moretidy, a good breakfast served & very very close to all local amenities including the castle & grounds. Parking could be a little iffy if you are parked at the front of house. The owners do not live on the premises so if there was an issue, which there wasn't, would have to done on telephone. I would certainly use again.

The bedroom was a touch old - fashioned in style but I liked it, it was not large but I was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a good choice. Above all this place is excellent value for money. The free Wifi is weak, it worked but often timed out - possibly because in this rural area fast Internet is unavailable. I would certainly stay again.
