I ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap and a coffee & was given a bacon egg and cheese wrap. Before my friend group arrived, I was having a conversation with some gentlemen who are also regulars. The music was so loud I couldn't hear them from an arms length apart. He mentioned he had already requested for the music to be slightly adjusted, and they refused to turn it down. We sat for a little bit longer and it was impossible to converse, so I went to the front and also requested for the music to be slightly turned down. I felt like I had to yell just for the server to hear me. The barista barely made eye contact, kind of rolled his eyes, and nodded his head. No one ever turned down the music. Don't get me wrong, I love having some background music, but it was absurd that we couldn't even hold a normal conversation. Also, it was about 7:00AM. It's not like they were preparing to shut down the store. I just felt it was incredibly rude and it's disappointing that what used to be our go-to place is now somewhere we are considering to go elsewhere due to the mere disrespect, overall environment and poor customer service.

It's a cute little building tucked away in a parking lot, but don't let the size fool you -- they have some seriously delicious drinks! The first time I went, I ordered an iced green tea latte with coconut cold foam. The sweet girl working the window (a younger girl with glasses) was so kind and fun to talk with. We chatted about matcha and drinks, and she even encouraged me to try my drink before leaving to make sure I loved it. That little extra bit of customer service really stood out to me! I ended up coming back again because I was in the area, and this time I tried their coffee. I have to say, their espresso is GOOD. I'm not sure what beans they're using, but whatever they're doing, keep it up! The coffee was just as delicious as the matcha. While I was there, I also grabbed one of their seasonal scones -- the peach cobbler flavor -- and wow, it was amazing. The scone itself was delicious, and the icing on top was the perfect touch. I also found out that they make a lot of their syrups in-house, and you can truly taste the difference. Everything has such a fresh, unique flavor compared to your typical coffee shop. I haven't gotten to try their snow cones or dirty sodas yet, but their creamy snow cones look absolutely incredible, so those are definitely next on my list!

The place itself is on the smaller side. There are a few additional seats available in the back, but most were taken by people working, and we didn't want to intrude, so we sat in the front. We tried their monthly lattes: I ordered the Chicory Mellow and my partner got the Banana Cream Latte. Both came topped with marshmallow cream, which made me worry they'd be overly sweet, but they were actually nicely balanced. Mine had two shots of espresso, though it still leaned on the milder side. My partner enjoyed his latte enough to order a second drink: Red Eye--which was okay, but had a slightly burnt flavor. Overall, a friendly spot with creative drinks.
