We moved away from PGI a few months ago. Prior to listing our house, I brought two somewhat…read moreoversized tropical prints into the store to see if they might sell. I had only ever brought one other thing in years ago and I don't recall being treated so badly. The two items didn't fit into their plastic bins (in the little serve yourself area), so I asked Becca at the counter how she wanted me to handle it. She was nasty and truly rude to me. She snapped at me like an grouchy old dog. I took my stuff and went to another bigger, nicer consignment store less than 10 minutes away on McKenzie St. The people there were much kinder (and friendlier, and patient). Pretty sure this place only stays in business because the location is central to PGI and convenient. Also, some folks are willing to put up with Becca's distainful treatment just to get rid of things. It'll catch up eventually though. Look at the recent reviews... someone is not happy in her business anymore and it shows.

There are other consignment stores that are nicer.

I was also very impressed when he refused to serve alcohol to a young lady without ID. Well done. The food was delicious and really compliments the wine. I honestly could go there every day. Kind of like a " Cheers" for wine. And if I have too much to drink I can just walk home. What more can you ask for?
