When I called, I was told she wasn't available Saturday but had an opening Friday at 10:30, which I booked and received a confirmation text for with Christina. When we arrived, no one introduced the stylist or mentioned any change. My daughter was taken back, and we went through the entire appointment under the impression she was with Christina. The haircut itself was not what was requested. My daughter brought reference photos, but the bangs were cut far too short and uneven, and the layering was incorrect. It was only after we left that I realized the stylist was not Christina at all. The business card we were handed when leaving said "Bailey," who isn't even listed on their website. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a client books with a specific stylist, they should be clearly informed of any changes beforehand. We would not have booked this appointment otherwise. To make matters worse, I reached out to the salon via email weeks ago to resolve this and never received any response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. This appointment was for my daughter's birthday, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Based on both the service and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I would never recommend this salon.

Stopped back to set up a few one-off tans for the same reason. Got a 15 minute high-pressure sales pitch. Listened patiently, then explained that we just wanted a few single events. The representative launched into another high pressure sales pitch. We walked away, and are unlikely to return. It's too bad; they have nice equipment but they have taken to pitching it as though they are timeshare sales reps.

She was smug, condescending, rude, and overall an absolute displeasure to deal with. From the second I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome and like my presence was inconveniencing her. The entire experience made me never want to return and remain pale (and I'm an SEC sorority girl so that is a BIG statement). I even told my friend to hurry up with her spray tan because I felt so uncomfortable sitting in the lobby alone with this employee. And when I told her I wanted Catalina Dark, she looked at me like I had four heads. If this salon wants to keep customers coming back, they seriously need to reevaluate who they have representing the business.
