This is such a low key unassuming spot right on the sand of the main beach in town but consistently produces beautiful fresh food We had the the Vege breakfast bowl with Poached egg, pumpkin, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes all sitting on a bed of perfectly cooked fluffy brown rice and topped with a beautiful creamy beetroot hummus And the fish and chips 3 to 4 fillets of beautifully crisp fish and chips with a nice tangy dressed Asian style salad, lemon wedges and tartare sauce .. delicious Combine all this goodness with million dollar views and it's arguably the best breakfast and lunch spot in town ... awesome coffee as well Definitely worth a visit if you are in town but get in early as it gets really busy and almost impossible to get a table during holidays and long weekends when all the tourists hit town Plenty of street parking available as well read more

Amazing food and views! We both had the Shipwreck chicken burger and shared a small chips. The burger was absolutely delicious with a thick and juicy chicken fillet. The small chips was very generous and definitely large enough to share. read more

We didn't have any food at beach but a chocolate thick shake the thick shake was pretty good.The service was really slow my brother walked across the road to the wing guy and got a drink and came back before I got my shake! The ambiance was alright a really nice beach view but very loud. read more

With beautiful beach front views, this busy little cafe may not look like much, but it has it where it counts. Great food of a very high standard and a friendly staff that are ever so helpful. This is a great destination spot and well worth it for lunch read more

Beach Bums Cafe is one of the best locations in Forster - right on the beach with heaps of parking. Their menu says they're 5 steps from the beach. I counted 6, but close enough. We had coffee and lunch - burgers and sandwiches. The food was fine - nothing out of the ordinary, but the prices were reasonable. The coffee was not the best, but I won't hold a single experience against them - it was very busy. I'd return here without a question on a warm sunny day. read more

Although it wasn't the best chicken I've ever had, the chips where very nice and you get a lot for the price you pay.
