Customer service is slow, but not rude. They take their time with getting around to serving the counter. 80% of the time they screw up an order and 15% of the time they deny it if you come back later.
The toilets are generally clean MOST of the time, yet still sometimes the toilets are in horrific condition (clogged, wee everywhere E.T.C).
Social distancing if sometimes in existence but mostly not. 60% of the time the food is cold. Once I got a burger and the bun was stale. Most of the food is half slopped together and not made properly. I always ask for no ice in my drink and 50% of the time they put ice in it.
The bins are almost always full and not emptied when I'm there.
They should spend more time and effort in upping their game than renovating the store.
In conclusion I feel that they should focus on better customer service, better food prep and cleaner store (toilets, bins, floor e.t.c) read more
