The shop is clean and well-organized. It isn't teeming with books, but definitely helped scratch our itch. I particularly enjoyed the section featuring books on local topics and local authors. These were fun to look at, and we were sure to pick up a few that didn't disappoint. Service was friendly. The woman working at the register was kind, friendly, and struck up conversation. Prices were a bit higher than we are used to, but this was to be expected given the touristy location. Overall, would return based on the friendly service and great local titles.

Most cutest little bookstore that has lots of steven king, as i brought The Shining Book last year, and both local authors and other books. i think last year or the year prior there was even a book on wildwood through the years which my mom looked at. always end up buying some type of book here each time i stop. Went here on Sunday August 4th 2024 with my parents as part of our cape may/wildwood vacation. Of Course, while we were at Washington Square Mall. looked around, first checked the young adult section for any percy jackson books (either the trials of apollo, or the some other rick rordan book i didn't have. Didn't have much, but they did have some harry Potter books and puzzles too. then looked over towards the front and found Steven King, decided to buy Christine. So far it's a good book! Cashier was very nice, and was actually reading herself. Which is good to see! It was about $20.00 for a book, but reasonable, i feel. She also said that they stock books on monday, and they sell fast, so that's why the store was almost empty. Cashier was also very pleasant. overall enjoying still reading christine! Hope to be back next year.

The interior is so cute! There is a lovely bar top meant for reading a book while sipping on wine. There is an extensive shelving unit filled with bottles of wine to purchase. Each bottle of wine has a tag around the neck giving a vivid description of the wine. I appreciated that the wine pricing averaged $25 which is within my budget. The selection of books is fantastic. I recognized so many authors and also discovered new books I want to read. I told the manager how in love i am with this store and she shared they also host book clubs and events. If I was not a tourist I would definitely become a member of their book club. The manager helped me pick a lovely bottle of white wine to take home. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the wine which is remarkable given how large the selection of bottles is. I will likely come back to pick up merch. I never want to forget about visiting this unique and adorable small business.

The main street leading up to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is filled with stores and restaurants…read more So many that it can feel overwhelming. So many that you may miss a gem amongst them. Sometimes, you also just need to pop in to get away from the crowd outside. I was walking for a while and came upon the storefront. The windows drew me in, plus I was in need of a good, new book to read. I came in and had no idea how large this place really was from the outside. I wandered around inside until I found the sections I wanted to be in. I browsed for a bit, jumping from section to section. I had one book in mind and was out to find it. Unfortunately, the book was not yet released. I had to ask where it was. That's when the staff were super nice and told me the date. I thanked them for the information, and was about to leave. That is until I saw an amazing tote behind the counter that had a print from the my favorite book when I was little. 'The Monster at the End of the Book' I thought the tote was just one sided, having Grover saying 'You turned the page.' Only to come and discover that when you turned it to the other side it has him saying 'You turned ANOTHER page.' Quickly became my new favorite tote to take with me.

Well organized, pleasant store. I selected two paperback books in good condition and was shocked…read morethat my total was over $18. I said that was a lot for used books. She said they charge half of the original price. No way were these paperbacks pushing $20 new. I declined to purchase. I looked up the prices when I got home and NEW the books were in the $7-8 range. Nor sure what is going on there but I won't be back.

Such a cute shop!…read more I'm really and sadly, not a reader. I read for college courses because I have/ had to, but overall I'm too hyper for reading. (When I do read, I enjoy self-help, spiritual, and astrology books). This shop is so appealing that even folks like me are inclined to WANT to read! Super nice (love the smell too!) staff.
