Stopped coming here months ago because of the ridiculous wait times due to the fact that there are never enough people scheduled. Not on holidays or weekends or any day you'd assume the owner/manager would know they are going to be busy and to be adequately staffed. They want you to schedule an appointment but charge $5 extra. Which is unheard of. Most businesses ecourage appts so they can be staffed properly. $5 is not a big deal, it's the principle. There are 2 other threading salons on Camino de Estrella. Started going to Zia threading and they do a wonderful job, great service and you don't have to wait 45 min to get brows threaded. No one has that much time. Just came today again since Zia threading closes at 6 and their hours say 6:45. The moment I walk in, the girl proceeds to tell me that there are 7 people waiting so basically leave. I said, you close at 6:45?!? She says oh ok just letting you know there are 7 people. When I go to sign in the waitlist is closed. Again, remembered why I stopped coming here in the first place. It's great they're busy and all but maybe adequate staffing wouldn't be such a bad idea. read more

Super clean and professional and everyone that works here is really nice and professional as well. The ambiance is also super cute. If you want they put rosewater on your eyebrows after they are done to reduce any redness you may have from getting your eyebrows threaded and it feels great! I'm a truly picky customer when it comes to eyebrows, but I came here for the first time yesterday and Maggie did an amazing job! I came in here with bushy Persian brows that had been looking a mess all quarantine, but she helped bring them back to perfection. She listened to my requests exactly and meticulous in making sure I was happy. Not only did she do a great job, but she had great customer service. I got my upper lip & brows threaded for $15, which is really a reasonable price. The staff and salon seemed to be kept with diligent care for cleanliness/ sanitation. Only suggestion I have is a slightly thicker thread for customers with thicker hair, so it doesn't break as easily while threading. Truly, a lovely place & highly recommend to everyone!
