They do all sorts of different kinds of licensing, classes, and range shooting. You can bring your own guns. No shot guns are allowed. They will check your guns before you are allowed to shoot them. Make sure and have your own fire arms unloaded prior to coming . You have choices when it comes to shooting a gun that you would maybe like to own. Shoot it first and see if that fire arm is actually what you want. You can bring your own ammo and even purchase more here as needed . There are no appointments here. It's first come and first served. The range is small and intimate. It's a great place to shoot and at a decent price too. For your next shooting trip consult here. I've been to gun ranges and have had some firearms instruction by friends in the past, but I have to admit that this course gave me greater confidence and knowledge on how to properly and safely handle a firearm. Instructor Harper was thorough, patient, and showed us some real skills we could use for firearms self-defense. I hope to catch another course on my next visit or take some private lessons. My only real gripe is the reduced hours. The main thing it's missing is organized shotgun (skeet and trap), which surprised me. On the plus side, it has multiple pistol bays and solid rifle ranges with steel targets set at standard distances, matches on the weekends, ... If you live in Summerlin and are an avid marksman, I think joining the club is a no brainer.
