I am extremely dissatisfied with the services I received from Be Flawless. The cost charged was substantially higher than what was advertised, with no clear disclosure or justification provided at the time of service.
From a technical standpoint, the results were unacceptable. The two sides of my face were visibly uneven, and I developed significant swelling under my left eye along with palpable lumpiness on the left side. This occurred in early October 2025. I promptly notified the provider by text. Rather than acknowledging the possibility of a treatment-related complication, she denied any responsibility for the swelling and instructed me to wait two weeks before returning. Given the location and severity of the swelling, this response was inappropriate and concerning.
I returned the following day due to the progression of symptoms. At that visit, the provider asserted--without any objective basis--that the swelling under my eye was likely an allergic reaction to an eye cream, despite the timing clearly coinciding with the procedure. She then attempted a correction, which not only failed to resolve the issue but worsened the condition.
After a prolonged back-and-forth with the practice's medical director, I was ultimately issued a full refund. However, the financial reimbursement did not undo the physical harm. On January 14, my board-certified plastic surgeon confirmed that the material under my eye was Radiesse filler and that it was also the cause of the persistent lumps in my face. Radiesse in this location is not dissolvable, meaning the damage cannot simply be reversed.
As a result, every time I look in the mirror, I am reminded of the consequences of allowing a non-physician to perform an injectable procedure on my face. This experience reflects poor clinical judgment, lack of accountability, improper complication management, and misleading pricing practices, and it has left me with permanent, distressing results. read more
