She practiced social distancing, cleanliness, and openly discussed any (very rare, super safe) activities involving others with us. Postpartum is a complicated time for new parents anyway, and with the isolation I felt because of COVID, I am extra grateful for the support, encouragement, and companionship I felt from Anna. Anna is super knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, birth, babies, and postpartum. We relied for months on tips, knowledge, and resources she shared. I still consult her occasionally for sanity checks and new information.
