This place is operated out of his home. You drop off your cutlery and come back later to pick it it. He is in Bethany so very handy for me. I found a pair of old Wüsthof fabric shears in a forgotten toolbox. They were so loose they barely…read moreclosed and far too dull to cut anything. Ten minutes later, Mark had them restored to smooth, closely aligned cutting shears. Wüsthof is better known for its kitchen shears than for fabric shears, so this pair was an unusual find. They had clearly seen hard use over the years. The dark spots are actually pits in the steel, and there is even a notch cut into one blade near the pivot. Despite the wear, they still have plenty of life left in them and will serve my plebeian needs quite well. Thank you, Mark.
