When I first spoke with the hiring agent I explained what type of work I was willing to do and the only job I was not willing to do which was a call center type job. What's the first job I get thrown into? Yep, a call center job even though I specifically said those jobs are not for me. I went ahead and gave it a shot because my agent kept bringing it up. After just 2 days I realized that it was not the job for me. I called my agent, MARIA BALSEIRO, to let her know about my experience and that I no longer wanted to work at the call center. Her response was very unprofessional, I quote "oh so you would prefer to have no income at all, than to work at this place?", who says that? Then she went off judging my work ethic when she doesn't even know me. And if I do prefer to have no income over a call center job, that is my decision to make. I don't go to a hiring agency to be judged, they are there to help find you jobs that are a good fit for you. Maria said she would give me a call when something else popped up, and no surprise here, I never received another call nor email from her. A few weeks later a different person from the company called to check up on me, Denise, who I had a short pleasant talk with. I will not be going back to this company, and for anyone who does, I don't recommend Maria.
