They communicate well and do everything they can to get you back on the road as quick as they can. It's silly to me to see people complaining about how long it took to get their car, knowing most businesses around here are closing without warning early, or randomly because they cant get enough people to work. So you know delays are inevitable. Do you actually think they want to hold onto cars longer than expected? No. They don't get paid until the car is picked up- so why in the world would they just keep a car for no reason? Some people will never be happy no matter how hard you try. These guys are as reliable as it gets. Some situations can't be helped and they do their best to keep you informed in the process. They sold me a jeep and lied about the actual condition of the jeep,…read moreI bought it January 31st they didn't put it in the system until February 10th, and they had to already replace the thermostat relay(which is whatever) but then I had to replace my fuel injectors because my check engine light kept throwing misfires and all kinds of codes, they wouldn't cover the difference of what the "warranty" would cover, then within 24hours 3 of 4 of my brake calipers seized up and when I called about that he tried to blame the fact that I drove 5,000 miles, and then not even a full 24 hours after that my jeep started over heating so I pulled it over, let it sit for a few hours expecting to need coolant, but it was full, got it to my shop and found coolant leaking in cylinder 1,3&5 so I have now both heads needing to be replaced

After taking the vehicle to Advance Auto Parts for diagnostics, 14 engine and system codes appeared. We immediately contacted the dealership, and they instructed us to take the vehicle to one of their mechanics. Because the vehicle was no longer drivable, we were forced to pay for an expensive tow over 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Before ending the phone call with the seller, I specifically asked if we could receive a copy of the inspection paperwork, and he assured me that we could. After the vehicle remained with their mechanic for two days, we picked it up. When I requested the inspection paperwork again, we were told it was located at the dealership. We then drove an additional 30 minutes to the dealership, only for the seller to refuse to provide the paperwork and instead claim he would send over a previous inspection report. We never received any documentation. To make matters worse, as soon as we arrived back home, the check engine light came back on. We returned to Advance Auto Parts, and this time 8 diagnostic codes appeared. Once again, we contacted the dealership, and we were instructed to bring the vehicle back to the mechanic for another 2-3 days. I informed the seller that, due to our work schedules, we would likely arrive between 7:00-8:00 PM. The seller stated he would contact the mechanic and call me back. Hours passed, and we never received a return call. Both of us attempted to contact the dealership multiple times and received no response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially draining. We have spent excessive amounts of money towing the vehicle, driving back and forth long distances, and constantly paying for gas -- all for a vehicle that my significant other has barely been able to enjoy since purchasing it. For a dealership to sell a vehicle in this condition and then fail to provide proper documentation, communication, or accountability is completely unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
