    Wat een enorme teleurstelling is dit geweest…read more Wij hebben voor ongeveer €15.000 een keuken gekocht bij IKEA. Je verwacht dan toch dat levering en installatie professioneel geregeld zijn. Helaas begon de ellende eigenlijk al vóór de levering. Verkeerd advies bij het bestellen, onderdelen die niet waren toegevoegd, dingen die later weer omgewisseld moesten worden. Oké, kan gebeuren -- dacht ik nog. Maar toen kwam de levering. Op de dag van levering hadden we vrij genomen. Bleek er geen lift geregeld te zijn (terwijl dat wél was afgesproken). De keuken kon niet naar boven. Ondertussen stonden onderdelen in het systeem als "geleverd" terwijl ze er helemaal niet waren. Daarna begon het eindeloze bellen en mailen. De installatie die 1 à 2 dagen zou duren, heeft uiteindelijk bijna vier maanden gesleept. Elke keer kwam de monteur en ontbrak er weer iets. We moesten zélf continu schakelen tussen IKEA en de montagepartner. Alsof wij projectmanager waren van onze eigen keuken. Wat mij nog het meest frustreert is de klantenservice. Er werd vaak gezegd: "We komen hierop terug", "Dit wordt opgepakt". Maar je moest overal zelf achteraan. En uiteindelijk werd het dossier gewoon gesloten, terwijl er helemaal geen oplossing was. Na al die maanden gedoe heb ik voorgesteld om het voor €500 af te ronden. Op een project van €15.000 lijkt me dat meer dan redelijk. Zelfs dat werd afgewezen en verdere communicatie werd stopgezet.

Based on own research on chatgpt, an error E1 normally is linked to water supply. Can't be the installation, cos the 1st month it worked just fine. Called Ikea to see what we can do, they said a technician can look at it, but of course it is a 3rd party, CE Repair Services. So far, disappointed company to work with. The earliest appointment was in 3 weeks after I 1st contacted them. The day arrived when the technician should come by, and in the morning of that same day, they cancelled my appointment. So I have to do a new one, this time in 2 and a half weeks. The overall experience with Ikea is quite poor. It is your device that's broken, you should be doing all the administration to get it fixed. Avoid Ikea, and if you can't, avoid this dishwasher.

    I bought lot and lot of house appliances on line at their website. They are famous for good prices,…read moregood assortment and great customer service. While the first 2 were true, but actually lately any on line store has everything you need and they do deliver all within 24 hours on a working day, my customer experience for after sales on warranty repair was horrible. So bad that is takes away all the previous good points. Had a microwave on warranty to get fixed. Call up, been told to get it to the store... Mmm, ok... Have to pick up a car... Get the item on my shoulder... not too light... Drive, park... Walk and carry to the service point. All fine as any other post sales experience until I get to the counter and this careless assistant tells me they can not help me as this item, one of the few I their catalogue, can be serviced only on site at my place!! She would not listen to any of my complains and the fact that their phone customer service told me to get the item to get fixed there. Really got on my nerves. No help attitude not of my problem attitude. Service oriented... NO. Not even her manager managed to help me. They are totally trapped in their inflexible processes not able to recognize their errors. End of story. I left my microwave there, I shouted a bit... sorry for that. They told me they would call me back in few days to let me know but 99% there would be no hope... just not to set my expectations to high. Well, I got a call back after a week. No solution yet. I am still with out oven. I will probably buy a new one... but definitely not here!!!

    I wouldn't have thought I would like the entire experience but I did!…read more No fan at all of mega retail shops and crowds in narrow shop alleys, so I usually avoid placed like this (especially) in the weekend. My visit today, on a Saturday morning, was quiet pleasant. I was wearing a backpack, not allowed, so walked into the shop anyway. One of the guards asked me if I would please stow my backpack in one of the lockers. Sure, I said, but I don't have any coins. And promptly the man produced a plastic coin so I could use a locker. Very friendly and practical! Though I knew exactly what I wanted I got distracted more than once and each time I seemed to be interested in something, one of the staff approached me and asked me if I could find what I was looking for and if s/he could be of service. Each time friendly, open approach and not at all pushy. When was finally 'ready' to find the thing I came to the store for in the first place, I asked someone for directions but he didn't know (he was wearing a Microsoft t-shirt so I presume he was stationed near the Microsoft gear (semi-)permanent). He offered to find out and walk me there so next time he would know too. He too was very friendly and willing to assist and go a little out of his way to learn more about the layout of the huge place. All in all a very pleasant experience. Two years ago I bought a washing machine there and the delivery service was perfectly on time within the time frame they indicated. Easily reachable by train, metro, and car.

    We purchased the entire kitchen from Brugman Curacao, all in about 50,000.00usd. We were in the…read moreStates during the installation and upon entering our new home on Bonaire, we first noticed the handles on the refrigerator were dangling because the installer(s) used screws inadequate in size. We also realized our new freezer was not cold and not producing ice. We contacted Brugman and they sent one tech who said he would return with the necessary supplies. He never came back, he never called. Brugman sent another tech who told us to put several containers of water or anything in the freezer and this would help reduce the temperature to its proper setting. He made sure the thermostat was set appropriately. The freezer never reached it's set temperature. Again, reported to Brugman and nothing happened but we had to head back to the states. During this time Brugman made no attempts to followup concerning the situation.A couple of months later, only after we called and expressed major frustration, Brugman sent a third tech to "repair" the appliance. This morning, a loud alarm sounded on the freezer with a temperature warning. There is a terrible rotting smell coming from the appliance, due to possible deterioration of materials surrounding the freezer. The quality of Brugman's products is poor. The new stainless steel sink is severely scratched with minimal usage. The handles on the new ovens are already showing signs of rust--we have only cooked in these ovens twice!! The metal of the range hood is very thin and flimsy. Mot of the handles on the cabinets are loose. Nearly every component of the kitchen has an issue. Do not purchase appliances or cabinetry from this company. The lack of response and resolution is disappointing and highly frustrating.
