Turns out, this individual STOLE parts from my dryer and now even though we went to another company, they can't diagnose the problem at all due to the parts the parts are missing. Due to the continued poor response time and poor communication, we decided to go to another company. Wasted $300 and 2 weeks and got nothing out of it. His response time was great when booking the appointment and such, but as soon as we paid, he basically disappeared and left the job unfinished. My washer stopped mid cycle last night at about 7pm full of clothes. I googled repair service near me in SW FW. Yelp info came up with several names that I reached out to immediately. Brady contacted me within 5-10 minutes and agreed to meet me as early as I needed this am. We communicated about the issue and he agreed to be here at 730 am, coming from Garland. He was here, analyzed the problem, explained it to me and gave me an accurate quote on the part I would need and the labor charge, all for $20 as advertised. He told me that he could have the repair done today. I, too, am in the service industry as a Realtor. I will utilize his services EVERY time I need help with any repair services he offers. read more

I had used Brady for several repairs and had no issues, but needed his assistance on an AC issue when he told me the job was done but had actually only done a "quick fix" while waiting on a part. In the meanwhile this quick fix had caused my compressor to short out (confirmed by other AC company) -- I attempted to contact Brady many times but he would text me pictures of him doing big commercial jobs indicating he's too busy for my smaller residential project. He took payment for services that were NOT rendered and his "quick fix" ended up costing me $3k in a new compressor. This is NOT an honest business man. Please DO NOT give this man your business unless you want to risk being totally screwed over. read more

I called to get a quote for my washer and Brady was busy but was able to get me appointment the next day. He had the lowest price to diagnose the problem and would put it into the cost if I had him fix it. Well it was a part that I could get online way cheaper because his labor charge and it was easy enough I could do it. He was kind enough to tell me how to do it before he left. Brady Reed is a "Wizard"! This man is very smart and can fix anything! We have had him out twice now to fix appliance problems. He restored and fixed our hot water heater the first time out. We had been having several problems with it and had others try to trouble shoot it with no luck. As a last ditch effort, I found Brady Reed's number and thought I'd get one last opinion before buying and going with a whole new system. Within a couple of hours my tribe was back to HOT showers and clean dishes. Several months have passed now and we still have NO issues with it and it works great! I recently called him back again, when our A/C unit was not working. Again, within a few hours he had it going. After several dealings with Mr. Reed we have found him to be honest, and super fair priced, and he tells you "like it is". If he can fix it, HE WILL. He can fix most anything it seems. Please call him before you listen to others who tell you to buy a whole new appliance. Chances are he can fix it and save you thousands! I cannot under any circumstances recommend Brady Reed as a repair person. I initially got in touch with him on Thumbtack in mid August and after two visits to my home, a small flood in my laundry room, several attempts to reach out, I'm now out $399 and still have a broken washing machine. On his second attempt to fix it (after waiting a week to get the part that was supposed to be "overnighted" then down-graded to "two-day priority," he told me that he was going to have his friend come to fix the washing machine and that he would pay for it. He told me a couple times that his friend would get in touch with me and he never did. After many attempts to get him by text and phone he occasionally returned my call picked up the phone or texted me back. The last time I spoke on the phone with him was Thursday Sept 10th. I called him from another phone and he answered! He was surprise to hear my voice. He said he would call me back in 15 minutes. He actually did and told me that he was going to refund me $250 and return the part that he took. He said he would leave it at my house at 1 PM on Friday the 11th. On Friday, September 11th at 3:24 PM, Mr. Reed sent me a text message, "I wanted to give you a heads up I have not made it over to that side of town yet. Still making my way that way." I wrote back, "OK thanks for letting me know." At 7:15 on September 11th I was not home so I texted him, "did you ever make your way over yet? I am still not home." He did not reply. Later that night when I returned I saw he had not been to my home. I texted him, "I see you didn't get over here today. How about I come to you tomorrow?" No reply. I called him five times on Saturday, September 12th and sent him a message on Thumbtack. I called him again at 5:09 PM on Monday, September 14. No answer. I sent him a text message at 6:20 PM. No answer. During these weeks I slowly realized he was conning me. I always want to see the good in all and treated Mr. Reed with respect and kindness and remained patient throughout this whole ordeal, but he still decided to steal from me. read more

My oven would not preheat as it should. To my surprise, when I called, I was told someone would come out the same day. This particular oven was a little complex but Brady was able to locate the problem and even drove across Dallas to get the part. He came back and repaired the oven. My only issue is that the oven, which I purchased from a major department store brand new, works better than it did when I first purchased it. LOL. Brady has a customer for life in me.
