Our family ordered from BC Pizza late last night over the phone. Called in the order and and asked about some promotional offers that they had on their website. All of this was confirmed so we ordered for pickup and went to pick up our pizza. We went and picked up the pizza which wasn't too far from our hotel. After bringing the pizza back and opening it for ourselves we find out that the pizza is not only nothing like we ordered but is the worst looking pizza we have ever seen (pictures below). After this we call them up to ask about the order, and inquire what happened. The girl that picked up the phone was pleasant and after we explained what happened we were transferred to a manager I assume (6/8/19 around 9pm). The reason I say assumed is because she acted like anything but a manager. When she picked up the phone she was immediately rude and kind of acted like we were lying to her. When we described the pizzas she responded, "oh I know what happened" and then proceeded to ask, "are you going to want the pizzas remade?"....WHAT DO YOU THINK!? After that we went back to the restaurant to pick up the correct pizzas and again the girl at the front counter was pleasant. While we were waiting for the correct pizzas, we hear a girl on the pizza line complaining very loudly about a customer that wanted their incorrect order delivered to them correctly...we believe she was the same girl we had on the phone and she was complaining about this customer too and making fun of them. After this we got the pizzas, checked them ;) and then left. To be honest, the pizza was pretty good but I can safely say that we would never order pizza from here again because we do not support places that speak poorly of customers, give poor customer service and ultimately have people on staff that don't enjoy being there a little. I went here after getting back from Mackinac Island on the very last ferry. Nothing was open except this restaurant. It was 24 mins before closing and I thought they would be super frustrated. Although the guy at the register was not the most pleasant, all in all they seemed willing and happy to assist me. I ordered a small chicken bacon ranch. It was no joke the best pizza I have ever had. Cooked perfect. Perfect amount of sauce. All around delicious. I would highly recommend this place for pizza when in St Ignaces!! Did take out from here, but they do have an outside patio where you can eat that looks really nice. I ordered a portabella, olive, and basil pizza that was pretty good and slightly too big of a serving for one person. For one person I'd recommend the personal size pie. The pizza was made with very fresh ingredients, but the crust was a little too doughy for my New York sensibilities. I also had a small Caesar salad which was one of the best pizzeria salads I've had; they left the dressing on the side so it did not get soggy on the way home and included cherry tomatoes, croutons and shaved parmesan cheese in the salad. My fella got the Italian Grinder and it looked amazing and was huge. Overall a good solid choice for take out or a causal meal in St. Ignace. read more

A solid choice for pizza! It's nothing fancy, but I don't think Pizza is supposed to be fancy. It's supposed to be greasy fingers, sauce on your chin, eat it up delicious. BC gets most of this right, the only gripe I had was with their chicken topping, which was a bit too small and didn't taste quite right. The crust is a wonderful balance between doughy and crunchy, and was quite good! The other toppings were yummy and plentiful. I was very impressed with the quality of the sauce and cheese. Prices are reasonable, and in a touristy area like this that's important. Highly recommended! read more

We were visiting St. Ignace and decided to try BC for pizza and salad. The pizza was 10 minutes late - and this was off-season (October). They brought the pizza and salad to the car because of the delay - with no salad dressing. I left and had to return - they offered nothing more than an apology for forgetting the essential salad dressing for a salad. I saw their delivery person as I returned to our hotel, relayed my story and promised a review, and he said have a good time. The pizza was at least pretty good - but not great. Love the food here! We ordered the medium Greek pizza with a portabello salad. It was more than enough for two. Everything was delicious. For dessert we had the calzone with raspberry sauce which proved to be a perfect finish to a very good meal. Although we called in for carry out they do have a dining area. First night in St. Ignace and we wanted a quick bite to eat. What's quicker than pizza? Called in our order and about 30mins later it was ready. Got a large half pepperoni half mushroom/onion, small cheese bread and small cinnamon bread. All the food was great and still hot when we got back to the hotel. 2nd time I've gone there and love it still. Imagine, if you will, twilight descending over St. Ignace while the ferries ply their routes in a sparkling gleam and distant Mackinac Island recedes into a plum stain against the horizon. Wouldn't the perfect place for a desultory evening be on a patio or deck, in the mid-80s at most, having a great meal? I agree. B.C Pizza gives an exemplary dining experience, occasionally serenaded by a local musician doing rock covers like I got to experience, right on the edge of the water. And my goodness, that pizza is freaking fantastic. The night I wandered in with a worn out preschooler and my beau, we settled immediately on a pizza along with half the population of St. Ignace. The interior was packed. Drivers ran out to every hotel in the area like clockwork. Locals came and went. We sat outside enjoying the music and the view while helping ourselves to drinks, and chewing on the breadsticks we got. Always get the breadsticks, especially if you anticipate a wait. They're piping hot, chewy, and decadent samples that will leave your loved ones growling like junkyard dogs over who gets the last one. Well worth it. Pizzas come from personal sized to miniature barges for all the peppers, pepperoni, olives, onions, and toppings you might want. It doesn't matter which way you slice it - triangle, square, sliding down the lifter onto the plate - it's good pizza. Really good pizza. Succulent sauces that don't carry too much sweetness and oodles of melted cheese are fine indeed. You can throw a dart at any specialty type and be assured of something good. Throw it twice if you aren't happy with the first. It's all good. They've got pasta as well, and that probably earns a serenade but really, I'm here for the fine crusts and satisfying slices that are filling indeed. One medium can easily feed a family of four, even a hungry one, when accompanied by breadsticks. Nom Nom Nom. We're out of towners. We're kind of... Pizza snobs? Thanks to the amazing pizza places back home. And I have to get gluten free, so I was so thankful when we found out they had the crust I could eat. My husband and daughter picked it up. The guy on the phone helped us get a deal... Breadsticks for 31 cents more with our order. The breadsticks, I was told, are delicious. I normally only eat a couple of bites, but I ate the entire small gluten-free pizza. Their pizza is amazing. Their crust is delicious. Their sauce is wonderful! I recommend this place for anyone living here, just passing through, or visiting. read more

I'll just start with this... I ate the entire 10" gluten free pizza. Oh, and my husband finished his 10" Carnivore pizza. That's not the norm for me, usually box half for lunch the next day. Very nice place to eat outside. The pizza is really good, the nachos are very fat. The breadsticks are very buttery and Garlicky I may have put on 20 pounds just eating here. Best breadsticks ever!!! Im not the biggest fan of their pizza though. Their pizza is alright but it's really nothing special.

Overall good meal. The breadsticks were delicious as was the pizza crust (same dough). We also ordered a large (16ish small-medium pieces) boneless chicken chunks- At $16 it was a little pricey. We did oven roasted with sweet heat on the side. Even the plain/oven roasted was yummy. Great ranch. The sides of sauces that had to be ordered extra as the breadsticks and wings didn't come with them added up quickly. And the last note, when looking at their website showing they are own both Mackinac and St. Ignace locations. They offered daily and online specials. I had to call and place the order, paying when picking up. The price was $4 more than the special listed online. They said "that isn't our website" without explanation even thought it was clearly the same special and not lumped in with all the other chains. I guess it makes me wonder if you order online would it go through and would the price be different. read more

Our pizza here the other night was delicious. The crust was a little chewy but the flavor & ingredients were spot on. A few nights later the meatball sandwich and a delicious chicken salad was equally good. Only complaint was that the amount of jalapeños in the sandwich were a little too hot and spicy. Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery to Kewadin Casino Hotel. They delivered within 45 minutes on a Friday night. Service was excellent and everyone loved the pizza. Ideal if you are staying for just one night and don't want to travel out for food. read more

Wow! What a great find. Some of the best pizza I have had anywhere. The manager told us right away that large and x-large pies were half price. Turned out we got a large pizza, soda and beer for less than $15! Normally we wouldn't have finished that big a pizza but it went down fast and we were fighting for the last piece! Ordered our food, stood out in the rain waiting for our food, walked home and sat down to eat, put my first slice on my plate and I get a nice black hair. To reduce hold times the number says to call back later and you can't even call them. This place sucks, good to know never to go there again. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

The pizzas had were well topped but the breadsticks needed some sort of dipping sauce like cheese or marinara. My husband is gluten intolerant so we ordered a GF pizza. It was amazing!! I'm not GF, but there was a line behind us, they were very busy and so we ordered under the gun. He added oven baked wings and we should've gotten more of those. Everything was excellent! Inside seating was full so we went outside and were pleased to see there was live music! Stopped in for a sandwich, and will readily admit we ordered and sat down we were skeptical. The ordering process is confusing- no one greets you, nor is there signage/ menu that would indicate you order at counter. Dining room is tiny but clean. We ordered an Italian sandwich and a turkey sandwich- they were both delicious. Italian came with dressing on side, was toasted, and just plain tasty. Turkey good- plenty of lettuce and tomatoes with mayo on the side. Would for sure go back on a nicer day and enjoy the patio. read more

I really shouldn't write this review because it's not their fault I didn't like the pizza, but I'm writing it anyway. It's a tiny hole in the wall place with a few tables. You order your pizza and they bring it to you. We got delivery, so we sat in the front room, watching tv with the flies. It was busy that night and the parking lot was crowded. There were teens EVERYWHERE. I felt so overwhelmed. T_T But I had to have this pizza. I love pizza. Pizza is amazing! . . . but I'm picky. The dough has to be the right consistency, crust has to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside (no stuffed crust, thank you), and no meat. I don't want Italian sausage, I don't want chicken, and I certainly don't want pepperoni. I can't even stomach the stuff. Could you imagine the look on my face when my coworker ordered a pizza with everything I didn't want? I asked for half of the pizza to be mushroom so my roommate's half could have the meats she wanted. Well, that's not what happened. He got us a large pizza with mushrooms and meat all over (one of the meats was pepperoni) and a pepperoni/cheese stuffed crust. The marinara sauce was good and I liked the cheese, but besides that and the mushrooms (couldn't tell if they were canned or not), I ate nothing else. I tried to eat the cheese that was in the crust, but it smelled too much like pepperoni. I didn't care for the dough, either. It wasn't cooked through enough. The breadsticks were delicious, though! I ate most of them and didn't wanna share. They came with marinara sauce, but who needs sauce when you have sticks of buttery, garlicky, fluffy, warm goodness? I can give the place three stars because what I ate was worth that much. I'll have to give it another chance whenever I'm back in St. Ignace. read more

Just passing through for a late e ending casual bite for dinner. Delivery cars outside and inside very friendly staff at counter and behind as they are a pizza making factory. Just our luck if you ordered a lg or xlg pizza it was half price. Ordered half large taco pizza and 1/2 patrolman deluxe. Small selection or local beers as husband got a dark IPA called Upper Hand. He said it was just, "ok" but I think beer is subjective like wine. Ordered a side salad to start with. Don't bother.... It was dry and came with little packages of dressing. However... The pizza was OUTTA the PARK good! Hot, gooey cheese, awesome soft,yeasty crust that had great chew to it. Loaded with fresh toppings. The taco pizza was in need of a makeover. Only lightly seasoned taco meat, needs retried beans, needs a side a salsa to go with your sour cream topping. Both were filling and our large pizza was plenty for 2-3 ppl.
