We tried them out again and decided to pick it up ourselves - disappointed in the time it took for them to make the pizza and when we tried to pick it up at the time they told us it still wasn't done. They used to make my very favorite pizza. Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. So good!! Not anymore. I've ordered two or three pizzas in the last year. Almost no bacon, very little chicken and mostly crust. This is after spending over 5 minutes on hold, and when they took my call I was asked to hold again. I told them I had already been waiting over 5 minutes on hold. So they took my order. 25 minutes. It was ready when I picked it up. (I learned a few years back, not to get delivery. One of my deliveries took over 2 hours. ). SAD TO SAY.... I will NEVER order anything from them again. read more

My family orders from here every week. They never fail to mess up an order. I've never written a bad review but tonight was the worst. We order a meal for delivery and they told us it'll be two hours. Two hours and forty minutes later we call them as we are still waiting for our pizza. They then let us know that they are closed, somebody quit, and they won't be bringing the pizza anymore. Absolutely horrible place and staff . I was told 1 hour for delivery we called after 11/2 hours and the pizza was still I'm the oven. Then was told.there delivery was 2 hours. Bad. Started off with me trying to call to check prices, hours, and order dinner. My number is always set to be private, as I make a lot of calls for work on my personal cell and don't want everyone under the sun calling me all the time. I was quickly given a statement of "sorry, we don't take calls from private numbers" and immediately hung up on, without time to respond, which sure I get they don't want fake orders put in that they can't go back on the number with, but absolutely horrible way to go about informing me of this specific location's policy, which I'm brand new to. After I set my phone to show my number again, I called back to ask about any specials for the day or special pricing similar to that of other locations like Petoskey for example, which has a six dollar large any day any time that they are open. I was responded to in a very rude tone with "we definitely don't have anything like that. This isn't Petoskey." After that response, I decided to go with their very overpriced "special" of a 5 item large & bread stick for over $20 out the door. I ordered triple pepperoni and a couple other toppings. After receiving the pizza and getting to where I was going, I realized that there were definitely not triple the regular amount of pepperoni on my pizza. There were not any more than what would be on any average pepperoni pizza. The food did taste great, as you would expect from any BC location, and it was cooked in a timely manner. Awful. No matter where you live, they say delivery will take two hours. The pizza is mediocre at best. The chicken spi-rolls are good if they're cooked all the way.. and that's a big if. It's faster and tastier to make homemade pizza. read more

We have gotten BC for delivery here in Roscommon 3 times. The first experience was incredible (if other visits stayed at that level this would be a 4 or 5 star) and although we have had pizza from this chain elsewhere and have been happy( traverse and mackinaw city locations both great) the 2nd and 3rd time we ordered the pizza took over an hour to arrive even during off season. We live less than 10 minutes away and only order a pizza and a side ever...so obviously this implies poor processes, not enough staff and generally bad management. If this wasn't the only place that delivered in the area literally... I do not think it would still be open. I would rather go out of my way to pick up pizza in town elsewhere or further (g's in Houghton Lake is amazing and also Fred's of Roscommon for pizza to go) the delivery people aren't ever rude, our orders haven't ever been messed up and the quality of food is "meh" take it or leave it not bad. The wait is so bad though that it doesn't arrive hot. read more

The worst customer service ever. Order a pizza was told 45 minutes arrived to pickup my order and they hadn't even started to bake it! Charge you a percentage to use your debit card. Customers were waiting 2 1/2 hours for delivery. They yelled to the front of the building g no more coupons no more specials everything is full price. I have gave one too many chances. read more

The absolute most awful experience I've ever had with a business when they are the ones that messed up. I waited 50 minutes for an order when they said 25 minutes for. I get it, they were busy so I was dealing with that part. Then after the 50 minutes, my order was magically not there. Do you think they would offer to make my order again and discount it? Well made, traditional pizza. When my 14 year-old and I are hungry "up north", this place hits the spot.

It's PIZZA, folks. Not Le Bernadin. The help is probably local high school part-timers. The reason they do not take orders from "private" numbers, is that they've gotten stiffed before, from people/kids who call and order to a fake address for "fun" or from those who call in and then refuse an order because they changed their mind, and then say they didn't order it. If you like BC Pizza, you'll like this. It may be cheaper to make it yourself, but one can say that about just about any pizza shop....it's good pizza. We've never ordered anything else from there, so do not know anything about other items. We drive the 3 miles to town to pick it up, saving delivery costs. read more

Awesome pizzas. Great bread sticks, pepperoni sticks, chicken bites. Little weaker on the sandwiches and taco salad and spaghetti. But hey, their specialty is pizza!!! This place has some definite personnel problems. We have ordered pizzas, arrive to pick them up, only to find out they completely forgot to make our pizza. They advertise a take and bake pizza you can bake later on at home. We ordered one and when we arrived to pick it up it had already been cooked. These are only a couple of examples of the lack of competence of the employees at this place. 35-40 minute wait time for a pizza that is not that great. The best places for pizza in Roscommon are Matt's or Fred's. read more

They have GREAT pizza, and Italian food. The pizza is decently priced, and their cheese stuffed breadsticks are the BEST. They'll deliver to the Roscommon area for a nominal fee, or you can pick it up yourself. They also have a nice dining room, and I often see sports groups there. read more
