When we asked our waitress for an update, her response was: "I have no idea how long." No apology, no sense of urgency. The manager was nowhere to be found -- apparently hiding in the kitchen. At no point did anyone come over to acknowledge the ridiculous wait, apologize sincerely, or offer any kind of compensation. It felt like they were prioritizing takeout orders over people actually dining in the restaurant, which made the experience even more frustrating. When my husband finally complained, we still didn't get much of a response. By the time the food arrived, we were all exhausted and cranky. To be fair, the food was good -- but absolutely not worth the experience. We will not be back. With a little bit of care, communication, and accountability, this could've been handled so much better.

By that point, we'd already shared mine and asked for the second meal to be boxed up.
